รูปแบบการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาหลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีบัณฑิตตามแนวทางการบูรณาการการเรียนรู้กับการทำงาน

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop a management model for vocational technology graduate programs according to the approach for integrating learning with work. The conduct of the research consists of 3 steps: 1) A study of the approaches for managing vocational education in Bachelor of Technology programs according to the approach for integrating learning with work by studying relevant documents and research. Interviewed 3 experts and interviewed 3 educational institutions with good practice. 2) Creating a management model for undergraduate vocational education in the Bachelor of Technology program according to the approach for integrating learning with work. The information from Step 1 was used to draft the development of the model and examined the suitability of the model with an expert-based seminar with 9 experts, and 3) Assess the feasibility and usefulness of the model with the director of the institute. deputy director of the institute Director of the Office of Vocational Studies college director Instructor in charge of the course in vocational institutions, 120 people.

The research results showed that the management model for vocational technology graduate programs according to the approach for integrating learning with work in vocational institutions consisted of 5 components: 1) educational management principles, 2) objectives of the model, 3) resources in educational management. 4) educational management process and 5) quality of graduates. The results of examining the vocational education management model of the Bachelor of Technology Program according to the guidelines for integrating learning with work in vocational institutions. It was found that the experts considered it appropriate. As for the results of the evaluation of the vocational education management model in the Bachelor of Technology Program according to the guidelines for integrating learning with work in vocational institutions, it was found that it was feasible. and the usefulness is at a high level as well.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาหลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีบัณฑิตตามแนวทางการบูรณาการการเรียนรู้กับการทำงาน ผู้วิจัยดำเนินการวิจัยมี 3 ขั้นตอน ประกอบด้วย 1) การศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาหลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีบัณฑิตตามแนวทางการบูรณาการการเรียนรู้กับการทำงาน โดยการศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง สัมภาษณ์สถานศึกษาที่มีการปฏิบัติที่ดี จำนวน 3 แห่ง และสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 คน 2) การสร้างรูปแบบการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีบัณฑิตตามแนวทางการบูรณาการการเรียนรู้กับการทำงาน โดยนำข้อมูลจากขั้นตอนที่ 1 มายกร่างการพัฒนารูปแบบและตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบด้วยการสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญกับผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 9 คน และ 3) การประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบกับบุคลากรในสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษา จำนวน 369 คน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาหลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีบัณฑิตตามแนวทางการบูรณาการการเรียนรู้กับการทำงาน มี 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) หลักการจัดการศึกษา 2) วัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแบบ 3) ทรัพยากรในการจัดการศึกษา 4) กระบวนการจัดการศึกษา และ 5) คุณภาพของบัณฑิต ผลการตรวสอบรูปแบบการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาฯ พบว่า ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิพิจารณาว่าเหมาะสมส่วนผลการประเมินรูปแบบการจัดการอาชีวศึกษาหลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีบัณฑิตตามแนวทางการบูรณาการการเรียนรู้กับการทำงานในสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า มีความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมาก เช่นกัน
