รูปแบบการจัดการศูนย์ฝึกกีฬาโปโลน้ำ สมาคมกีฬาว่ายน้ำแห่งประเทศไทย

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1) study the problems of the water polo training center management of Thailand Swimming Association; 2) construct and examine the management model of the water polo training center of Thailand Swimming Association. 3) evaluate the management model of the water polo training center management of Thailand Swimming Association. It was a 3-step research method according to objectives. The tools used in the research were: questionnaires of the water polo training center management of Thailand Swimming Association, an interview form, a feasibility and usefulness assessment form. The data was synthesized using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis.

The result showed that

1. The management problems of the water polo training center of Thailand Swimming Association in terms of the input factor, the process and results according to the opinion of the executives, coaches, assistant coaches, parents were at a high level.

2. The management style of the water polo training center of Thailand Swimming Association consisted of 3 components: 1. Input factors which were personnel, budget, place, materials, equipment, and management facilities. 2. The management processes were planning, organizing, leading, and evaluating 3. The result: in terms of effectiveness was objectives, water polo has become increasingly popular. There were athletes representing the province and in the national team. In terms of efficiency, there is an integration of the budget difference, the management with stakeholders, continued support from various sectors, more training centers. and training centers are self-reliant.

3. The results of the feasibility and usefulness of the management model of the water polo training center of Thailand Swimming Association, it was found that the overall usefulness of the model was at a high level and the overall feasibility model was at a high level.

The results of the research were concluded that the management model of the water polo training center of Thailand Swimming Association consisted of 3 main components: 1. input factors 2. management processes and 3. results that will be a process for managing the water polo training center of Thailand Swimming Association.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัญหาการจัดการศูนย์ฝึกกีฬาโปโลน้ำ สมาคมกีฬาว่ายน้ำแห่งประเทศไทย 2) สร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการจัดการศูนย์ฝึกกีฬาโปโลน้ำ สมาคมกีฬาว่ายน้ำแห่งประเทศไทย 3) เพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการจัดการศูนย์ฝึกกีฬาโปโลน้ำ สมาคมกีฬาว่ายน้ำแห่งประเทศไทย วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ตามวัตถุประสงค์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถามปัญหาการจัดการศูนย์ฝึกกีฬาโปโลน้ำสมาคมกีฬาว่ายน้ำแห่งประเทศไทย แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ ผู้วิจัยวิเคราะข้อมูล ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ปัญหาการจัดการศูนย์ฝึกกีฬาโปโลน้ำ สมาคมกีฬาว่ายน้ำแห่งประเทศไทย โดยด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลลัพธ์ ตามความคิดเห็นของ ผู้บริหาร ผู้ฝึกสอน ผู้ช่วยผู้ฝึกสอนผู้ปกครอง มีปัญหาการจัดการศูนย์ฝึกกีฬาโปโลน้ำ อยู่ในระดับมาก

2. รูปแบบการจัดการศูนย์ฝึกกีฬาโปโลน้ำ สมาคมกีฬาว่ายน้ำแห่งประเทศไทย ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ 1. ปัจจัยนำเข้า ได้แก่ บุคลากร งบประมาณ สถานที่ วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก การจัดการ 2. กระบวนการจัดการ ได้แก่ การวางแผน การจัดองค์กร การนำ การประเมินผล 3. ผลลัพธ์ ด้านประสิทธิผล กีฬาโปโลน้ำได้รับความนิยมเพิ่มมากขึ้น มีนักกีฬาที่เป็นตัวแทนจังหวัด และนักกีฬาที่เป็นตัวแทนทีมชาติ ด้านประสิทธิภาพ มีการบูรณาการงบประมาณจากส่วนต่าง มีการจัดการร่วมกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียการสนับสนุนจากภาคส่วนต่างๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง มีศูนย์ฝึกเพิ่มมากขึ้น และศูนย์ฝึกสามารถอยู่ได้ด้วยตัวเอง

3. ผลการประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบการจัดการศูนย์ฝึกกีฬาโปโลน้ำ สมาคมกีฬาว่ายน้ำแห่งประเทศไทย พบว่ารูปแบบมีความเป็นประโยชน์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และรูปแบบมีความเป็นไปได้โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

สรุปผลการวิจัยได้ว่า รูปแบบการจัดการศูนย์ฝึกกีฬาโปโลน้ำ สมาคมกีฬาว่ายน้ำแห่งประเทศไทย ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ 1. ปัจจัยนำเข้า 2. กระบวนการการจัดการ และ 3. ผลลัพธ์ ที่จะเป็นกระบวนการในการจัดการศูนย์ฝึกกีฬาโปโลน้ำ สมาคมฃกีฬาว่ายน้ำแห่งประเทศไทย
