รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนเอกชน

Abstract

The purpose of this research is aimed at developing school curriculum administrative model to promote 21st century characteristics of student in private school. The research procedure followed 3 steps. Step 1 is studying guideline for development of school curriculum administrative model to promote 21st century characteristics of student in private school by conducting 3 sub-processes that are 1.1 Studying guideline for development of school curriculum administrative model to promote 21st century characteristics of student in private school by conducting documentary research 1.2 Studying guidelines for development of school curriculum administrative model to promote 21st century characteristics of student in private school by learning from best practice schools and 1.3 Studying guidelines for development of school curriculum administrative model to promote 21st century characteristics of student in private school by conducting interviews with education experts. Step 2 is constructing and examining appropriateness of the model of the development of school curriculum administrative to promote 21st century characteristics of student in private school by conducting 2 sub-processes that are 2.1 Drafting school curriculum administrative model to promote 21st century characteristics of student in private school and 2.2 Examining appropriateness of the model by conducting a focus group discussion. Step 3 is evaluating the possibility of the model for development of school curriculum administrative to promote 21st century characteristics of student in private school by private school administrators.

The finding of the research was that the school curriculum administrative model to promote 21st century characteristics of student in private school consists of 3 components which are 1) curriculum administrative factors of which comprises of 1.1) curriculum administrative committee 1.2) school leaders and teachers 1.3) Curriculum administrative task scope. 2) Curriculum administrative process which comprises of 5 steps. Step 1 is studying the school context and determining the objectives of curriculum administration. Step 2 is curriculum administration planning. Step 3 is curriculum implementation. Step 4 is curriculum supervision. Step 5 is curriculum evaluation. 3) The outcome: the 21st century characteristics of students are the ability to think, act, and live. The education experts have examined the appropriateness of the school curriculum administrative model to promote 21st century characteristics of student in private school and found that it is appropriate. The feasibility assessment of the school curriculum administrative model to promote 21st century characteristics of students in private school by school leaders was rated at the highest level of feasibility.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนเอกชน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนเอกชน แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ขั้นย่อย ประกอบด้วย ขั้นที่ 1.1 การศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนเอกชน โดยสังเคราะห์เอกสาร ขั้นที่ 1.2 การศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนเอกชน โดยศึกษาจากโรงเรียนที่มีวิธีปฏิบัติที่ดี (Best Practice) ขั้นที่ 1.3 การศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนเอกชน โดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การสร้างและตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนเอกชน ประกอบด้วย 2 ขั้นย่อย ประกอบด้วย ขั้นที่ 2.1 การยกร่างรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนเอกชน ขั้นที่ 2.2 การตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนเอกชน โดยจัดสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนเอกชน โดยผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนเอกชน ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 ปัจจัยการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร ประกอบด้วย 1) คณะกรรมการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร 2) ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน 3) ขอบข่ายงานบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร องค์ประกอบที่ 2 กระบวนการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร ประกอบด้วย 5 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาบริบทของสถานศึกษาและกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ของการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การวางแผนการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ ขั้นตอนที่ 4 การนิเทศการใช้หลักสูตร ขั้นตอนที่ 5 การประเมินผลการใช้หลักสูตร และองค์ประกอบที่ 3 ผลลัพธ์ โดยนักเรียนมีคุณลักษณะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ประกอบด้วย 1) คิดเป็น 2) ทำเป็น 3) อยู่เป็น ผลการตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนเอกชน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีความเห็นว่ามีความเหมาะสม ส่วนผลการประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนเอกชนโดยผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีความเห็นว่า มีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
