ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT MODEL FOR STUDENTS UNDER OFFICE OF THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION COMMISSION

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop an entrepreneurial leadership development model for students under the office of the Vocational Education Commission. The research was conducted in four steps, as follows: 1) a study of elements and guidelines for the development of entrepreneurial leadership for students under the office of the Vocational Education Commission from the analysis of relevant research papers Interviews with school administrators and entrepreneurs of 4 locations with good practices by purposive sampling and data analysis by content analysis. 2) creating and examining entrepreneurial leadership development models for students under the office of the Vocational Education Commission. The model was examined by nine experts, and the data was analyzed by content analysis. 3) a study on the results of the implementation of the entrepreneurial leadership development model for students under the office of the Vocational Education Commission of 30 people by Cluster Sampling. 4) Assessment of the entrepreneurial leadership development model for students under the office of the Vocational Education Commission The sample group included students of Singburi Technical College, teachers, and administrators. 35 people. The data were analyzed using statistics mean, percentage, and standard deviations.

The research results found that 1) The results of the study of the elements and development guidelines consist of 3 components and success factors. 2) The results of creating and examining the entrepreneurial leadership development model. It was found that the experts considered it appropriate by consists of 5 components: Principles, Objectives, Entrepreneurial Leadership, Entrepreneurial Leadership Development Methods, Entrepreneurial Leadership Development Process, and Success Factors. 3) Results of the model trial Students had a statistically significant higher knowledge of entrepreneurial leadership than before development at the level of .05, had activity participation behavior, accounting for an average of 3.71-4.75, and had entrepreneurial leadership characteristics, accounting for 65.82-80.44 % . 4) the results of the evaluation of the entrepreneurial leadership development model, it was found that appropriateness and utility were at the highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงประกอบการ สำหรับนักศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ดำเนินการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) การศึกษาองค์ประกอบและแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงประกอบการ ของนักศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จากการวิเคราะห์เอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง การสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและผู้ประกอบการที่มีแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี จำนวน 4 แห่ง โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา 2) การสร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงประกอบการ สำหรับนักศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ตรวจสอบรูปแบบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา 3) การศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงประกอบการ สำหรับนักศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา จำนวน 30 คน โดยการเลือกแบบกลุ่ม 4) การประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงประกอบการ สำหรับนักศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาของวิทยาลัยเทคนิคสิงห์บุรี ครู และผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 35 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้สถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาองค์ประกอบและแนวทางการพัฒนา ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ และปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จ 2) ผลการสร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงประกอบการ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิพิจารณาว่าเหมาะสม โดยประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ หลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ ภาวะผู้นำเชิงประกอบการ วิธีการพัฒนา กระบวนการพัฒนา และปัจจัย แห่งความสำเร็จ 3) ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบ นักศึกษามีความรู้ภาวะผู้นำเชิงประกอบการสูงกว่าก่อนการพัฒนาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 มีพฤติกรรมการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม คิดเป็นค่าเฉลี่ย 3.71-4.75 มีคุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำเชิงประกอบการ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 65.82-80.44 และ 4) ผลการประเมินการใช้รูปแบบการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงประกอบการ มีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
