ANALYSIS OF THE COMPONENT OF CREATIVE LEADERSHIP OF PRIMARY SCHOOL ADMINISTRETOR IN PHITSANULOK PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The objective of the study was to analyze the components of Creative Leadership of School Administrator Under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 by analyzing the components from the sample group that consisted of 345 people. Including school administrators and teachers under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the academic year 2021. Acquired by purposive sampling consisted of 144 school administrators. And stratified random sampling method consisted of 231 teachers based on the proportion of teachers in each group of schools under the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire. The statistics used in the data analysis were Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) by using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Orthogonal Rotation by Varimax Rotation. The analysis of the components of Creative Leadership of School Administrator Under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 had a percentage of variance equal to 91.94 which consists of 5 components as follows: the ability to solve problems creatively of the school administrator, the aspect of having the right personality and building trust, teamwork that aims for success, having a vision in leading the organization and flexibility and adaptability.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลก เขต 1 โดยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 345 คน ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลกเขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2564 ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจงเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน 144 คน และวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนของครูแต่ละกลุ่มเครือข่ายโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลก เขต 1 จำนวน 231 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ด้วยวิธีสกัดองค์ประกอบหลักหลังหมุนแกนแบบมุมฉาก ด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์

ผลการศึกษาพบว่าองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลก เขต 1 มีค่าร้อยละสะสมของความแปรปรวน เท่ากับ 91.94 ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ ดังนี้ ด้านความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาอย่างสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหาร ด้านการมีบุคลิกภาพที่เหมาะสมกับการสร้างความไว้วางใจ ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีมที่มุ่งความสำเร็จ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ในการนำองค์กร และด้านการมีความคิดยืดหยุ่นและการปรับตัว
