The Innovative Leadership Qualities that Affect Management Practices in 21st-Century Schools Under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the innovative leadership of school administrators under Kamphaeng Phet Primary EducationArea Office District 1 2) To study the administration in 21 th century educational institutions under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Education Area Office District 1 3) To study the relationship between innovative leadership of school administrators and administration in 21 th century educational institutions under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Education Area Office District 1 4) To create an innovative leadership prediction scenario of school administrators that affects school administration in the 21 th century under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Education Area Office District 1 The subjects used in this study were school directors. Deputy Director of Educational Institutions Acting Director of Educational Institutions under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Education Area Office District 1 with a total of 137 students by determining the sample by Krejsy and Morgan tables and selecting the sample by stratified random method according to the proportion of school administrators under Kamphaeng Phet Educational Area Office District 1 for the academic year 2023. The tools used in the research are: The tools used to collect data are questionnaires, divided into 3 parts: Part 1: General information of respondents Part 2 analyzes the level of innovative leadership of school administrators. Part 3 analyzes management in 21 century educational institutions Part 4 analyzes the relationship of variables affecting innovative leadership with 21 th century school administration. Mean and standard deviation 2) Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient 3) Statistical value Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis The results showed that Part 1 analyzed the innovative leadership data of School administrators of Kamphaeng Phet Primary Education Area Office District 1 Overall was at a high level When considering each aspect, it was found that opinions were at a high level in all 6 areas. Part 2 analyzed administrative data in 21 th century educational institutions . Kamphaeng Phet Primary Education Area Office District 1 as a whole was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that opinions were at a high level in all 4 areas. Part 3 analyzed the relationship between innovative leadership of school administrators and administration in educational institutions in the 20th century. 21 Kamphaeng Phet Primary Education Area Office District 1 found that the correlation coefficient between the variable Innovative Leadership (X) and school administration in the 21 century (Y) under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Education Area Office District 1 was very positively correlated. At the level of .01, with the correlation coefficient (rXY) being 0.82, Part 4 analyzed the correlation. The innovative leadership analyzed in 6 areas found that there are 2 areas that can be predicted affecting the administration of 21 century educational institutions under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Education Area Office District 1 in descending order of forecasting power. In terms of creating an innovative organization (X5) and creating an innovative organizational climate (X6), there are Forecasting efficiency (R2)=.98 is statistically significant at a level of 0.5.

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากำแพงเพชร เขต 1 2) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานในสถานศึกษาศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากำแพงเพชร เขต 1 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่กับการบริหารงานในสถานศึกษาศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากำแพงเพชร เขต1 4) เพื่อสร้างสมการณ์พยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานในสถานศึกษาศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากำแพงเพชร เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษานี้เป็นผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา รองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา รักษาราชการแทนผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากำแพงเพชร เขต 1 จำนวน 137 คน โดยกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น ตามสัดส่วนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษากำแพงเพชร เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2566 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถาม แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ตอน ได้แก่ ตอนที่ 1 ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ตอนที่ 2 วิเคราะห์ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวักกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตอนที่3 วิเคราะห์การบริหารงานในสถานศึกษาศตวรรษที่ 21 ตอนที่ 4 วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปรที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมกับการบริหารงานในสถานศึกษาศตวรรษที่ 21 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล1) ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 2) ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient) 3) ค่าสถิติ วิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ตอนที่ 1 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากำแพงเพชร เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ความเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้ง 6 ด้าน ตอนที่ 2 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลบริหารงานในสถานศึกษาศตวรรษที่ 21 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากำแพงเพชร เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ความเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 4 ด้าน ตอนที่ 3 วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่กับการบริหารงานในสถานศึกษาศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากำแพงเพชร เขต 1 พบว่า ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปร ความสัมพันธ์ของภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรม(X) กับการบริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21(Y) สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากำแพงเพชรเขต 1 มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกอยู่ในระดับสูงมาก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01 โดยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (rxy) เท่ากับ 0.82 ตอนที่ 4 วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมที่นำมาวิเคราะห์จำนวน 6 ด้าน พบว่า มีจำนวน 2 ด้าน ที่สามารถพยากรณ์ ส่งผลต่อบริหารงานในสถานศึกษาศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากำแพงเพชร เขต 1 โดยเรียงลำดับค่าอำนาจพยากรณ์จากมากไปน้อย ด้านการสร้างองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรม(X5)และการสร้างบรรยากาศองค์กรเชิงนวัตกรรม(X6)มี ค่าประสิทธิภาพในการพยากรณ์( R2 )=.98 และมีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานในการพยากรณ์ เท่ากับ 0.43 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.5
