การพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ด้านการให้บริการสำหรับงานโสตทัศนูปกรณ์และเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา ของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร

Abstract

This research aims : 1) To develop a website providing services for audiovisual equipment and educational technology of the Faculty of Medicine Naresuan University. 2) To evaluate the use of website users in terms of providing services for audiovisual equipment and educational technology of the Faculty of Medicine Naresuan University. 3) To inquire about website users' satisfaction in providing services for audiovisual equipment and educational technology of the Faculty of Medicine Naresuan University. The sample group used in this research is Faculty of Medicine personnel Naresuan University, 30 people obtained at random. The tools used in the research include : 1) Website providing services for audiovisual equipment and educational technology of the Faculty of Medicine Naresuan University 2) Website quality assessment form for providing services etc. 3) Evaluation form for website users' use of services. 4) Satisfaction questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis include : Average and Standard Deviation The research results found that 1) Website quality in providing services for audiovisual equipment and educational technology of the Faculty of Medicine Naresuan University overall is at a very good level. 2) Results of website users' use of services for audiovisual equipment and educational technology of the Faculty of Medicine Naresuan University Overall, it is at a very good level. 3) Website user satisfaction regarding services for audiovisual equipment and educational technology of the Faculty of Medicine Naresuan University overall is at the very good level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ด้านการให้บริการสำหรับงานโสตทัศนูปกรณ์และเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา 2) เพื่อประเมินการใช้งานของผู้ใช้เว็บไซต์ด้านการให้บริการสำหรับงานโสตทัศนูปกรณ์และเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา 3) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้เว็บไซต์ด้านการให้บริการสำหรับงานโสตทัศนูปกรณ์และเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา ของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือ บุคลากรคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จำนวน 30 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) เว็บไซต์ด้านการให้บริการสำหรับงานโสตทัศนูปกรณ์และเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา ของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร 2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพเว็บไซต์ด้านการให้บริการฯ 3) แบบประเมินการใช้งานของผู้ใช้เว็บไซต์ด้านการให้บริการฯ 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) คุณภาพเว็บไซต์ด้านการให้บริการสำหรับงานโสตทัศนูปกรณ์และเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก 2) ผลการใช้งานของผู้ใช้เว็บไซต์ด้านการให้บริการสำหรับงานโสตทัศนูปกรณ์และเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก 3) ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้เว็บไซต์ด้านการให้บริการสำหรับงานโสตทัศนูปกรณ์และเทคโนโลยีการศึกษา ของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก
