THE GUIDELINES TO DEVELOP THE DIGITAL LEADERSHIP FOR TEACHERS UNDER PHICHIT PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the digital leadership of teachers and study the guidelines for developing the digital leadership of teachers under Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, with the research being divided into 2 steps: Step 1, study the digital leadership of teachers. Teachers under the Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1. The sample group included teachers in educational institutions. Under the jurisdiction of the Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, academic year 2023, a total of 274 people were selected as a sample using stratified random sampling. According to the proportion of teachers in each district, data was collected by questionnaire. It has a 5-level estimation scale. Data was analyzed with mean and standard deviation. Step 2: Study of guidelines for developing teachers' digital leadership. Under the Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, the group of information providers includes experts. There were 5 people with expertise or empirical work in technology. Data were collected using interviews. Data were analyzed using content analysis.

The research results found that

1. The results of the study of digital leadership of civil servant teachers under Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 are overall at a high level. When considering each area, it was found that the area with the highest average was digital communication at a high level. And the area with the lowest average is digital citizenship.

2. The research results on the development of digital teacher leadership in the first office of Phichit Primary School Education Service Area are as follows: Digital citizenship, digital communication, digital integration teaching, and digital resource management Phichit Primary School Education Service Area Office 1 The management encourages teachers to become digital leaders, including knowledgeable teachers who recognize the importance and awareness of technological self-development. Being able to select appropriate technologies based on the learner's background and needs to promote learning management.

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของครูและศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1โดยมีการดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 274 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น ตามสัดส่วนของครูแต่อำเภอเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ที่มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญหรือมีผลงานเชิงประจักษ์ในด้านเทคโนโลยี จำนวน 5 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตรเขต 1 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการสื่อสารทางดิจิทัลอยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านความเป็นพลเมืองทางดิจิทัล

2. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 ทั้ง 4 ด้าน ซึ่งได้แก่ ด้านความเป็นพลเมืองทางดิจิทัล ด้านการสื่อสารทางดิจิทัล ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนบูรณาการดิจิทัล และด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรดิจิทัล สามารถพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัล โดยสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 จัดอบรมให้ความรู้และทักษะที่จำเป็นให้กับครู ผู้บริหารส่งเสริมสนับสนุนให้ครูมีภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัล รวมถึงครูมีองค์ความรู้ เห็นความสำคัญและตระหนัก มีการพัฒนาตนเองด้านเทคโนโลยี สามารถเลือกใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้ได้อย่างเหมาะสม สอดคล้องกับบริบทและความต้องการของผู้เรียน
