Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop the model to enhance entrepreneurial competency of students in schools under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission. The research methodology was divided into 3 steps as follows : 1) a study of development processes, development methods, and entrepreneurial competencies of students in educational institutes under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission by studying related documents and research. Interviewed 6 experts and interviewed 3 best practice schools. 2) Creating and examining the entrepreneurial competency development model of students in educational institutes under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission by using the information from step 1 to draft the development of the entrepreneurial competency development model, of students in educational institutions under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission And check the suitability of the model by focus group discussion of 9 experts, and 3) an evaluation of the entrepreneurial competency development model of students in educational institutions under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission. Evaluate the feasibility and usefulness of the model with the director, deputy director Incubator Advisory Teacher in the northern region of 108 people. The research results showed that.

The result of examining the development model for entrepreneurial competency of students in educational institutes under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission found that experts considered it appropriate. การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักศึกษาในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา การดำเนินการวิจัยมี 3 ขั้นตอน ประกอบด้วย 1) การศึกษากระบวนการพัฒนา วิธีการพัฒนา และสมรรถนะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักศึกษาในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาโดยศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง สัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 6 คน และสัมภาษณ์สถานศึกษาที่มีการปฏิบัติที่ดี (Best Practice) จำนวน 3 แห่ง 2) การสร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักศึกษาในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาโดยนำข้อมูลจากขั้นตอนที่ 1 มายกร่างการพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักศึกษาในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา และตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบฯด้วยการสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 9 คน และ 3) การประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักศึกษาในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบกับผู้อำนวยการ รองผู้อำนวยการ ครูที่ปรึกษาศูนย์บ่มเพาะ ในเขตภาคเหนือ จำนวน 108 คน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

รูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักศึกษาในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 ผู้ดำเนินการพัฒนา องค์ประกอบที่ 2 กระบวนการพัฒนาสมรรถนะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักศึกษาในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา องค์ประกอบที่ 3 วิธีการพัฒนาสมรรถนะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักศึกษาในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา องค์ประกอบที่ 4 สมรรถนะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักศึกษาในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ผลการตรวจสอบรูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักศึกษาในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา พบว่า ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิพิจารณาว่าเหมาะสม ส่วนผลการประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะความเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักศึกษาในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า มีความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับ มาก
