Abstract

This research is a qualitative research study with the objectives of 1) To study the current situation and problems of academic competency development by self-directed learning of secondary school physical education teachers in Phitsanulok Province. Secondary schools in Phitsanulok Province The research areas were schools under Phitsanulok Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Uttaradit (Phitsanulok province) according to school size. A group of 15 informants was obtained by purposive selection. Research tools for interview questions The results showed that The current state of physical education teachers still lacks knowledge in terms of academic skills. because of the lack of seeking a source of learning There were also problems in developing academic competency by self-directed learning of teachers. Lack of promotion from various agencies The researcher, therefore, developed a process and a self-led learning academic competency development model for secondary school physical education teachers in Phitsanulok Province. From the development found A model for developing academic competency through self-led learning of physical education teachers. The research developed is very useful for physical education teachers who can be a model for planning the development of teachers in all subject areas to have a body of academic knowledge. Able to learn and seek learning resources on their own According to the development of academic competency by self-directed learning of secondary school physical education teachers in Phitsanulok Province Resulting in the use of knowledge to develop the teaching and learning process to benefit the students. And teachers have higher teacher competencies in all dimensions. This was consistent with the academic competencies of physical education teachers, namely 1) teaching competencies, and 2) leadership competencies. 3) Performance of physical education teachers makes physical education teachers self-improvement And use the body of knowledge and academic competency to develop to create learning and teaching activities that are more in line with the current changes in the Phitsanulok Province” or PALA Model

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางวิชาการด้วยการเรียนรู้แบบนําตนเองของครูพลศึกษาโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก 2) เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางวิชาการด้วยการเรียนรู้แบบนําตนเองของครูพลศึกษาโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก 3) เพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางวิชาการด้วยการเรียนรู้แบบนําตนเอง ของครูพลศึกษาโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก พื้นที่วิจัย คือ โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพิษณุโลก อุตรดิตถ์ (พื้นที่จังหวัดพิษณุโลก) ตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยมีกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 15 คน ได้มาจากการการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยแนวคำถามในการสัมภาษณ์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันของครูพละศึกษายังขาดองค์ความรู้ในด้านทักษะทางวิชาการ เพราะขาดแสวงหาแหล่งเรียนรู้ และยังพบปัญหาการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางวิชาการด้วยการเรียนรู้แบบนำตนเองของครู ขาดการส่งเสริมจากหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ผู้วิจัยจึงได้พัฒนาขั้นตอนและรูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางวิชาการด้วยการเรียนรู้แบบนําตนเองของครูพลศึกษาโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดพิษณุโลกขึ้น จากการพัฒนา พบว่า รูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางวิชาการด้วยการเรียนรู้แบบนําตนเองของครูพลศึกษา ที่ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาขึ้นเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งกับครูพลศึกษา ซึ่งสามารถเป็นต้นแบบในการวางแผนการพัฒนาครูทุกกลุ่มสาระให้มีองค์ความรู้ทางวิชาการ สามารถเรียนรู้และแสวงหาแหล่งเรียนรู้ได้ด้วยตนเอง ตามขั้นตอนการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางวิชาการด้วยการเรียนรู้แบบนำตนเองของครูพลศึกษาโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก ก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อการนำองค์ความรู้มาพัฒนากระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อผู้เรียน และครูผู้สอนก็มีสมรรถนะความเป็นครูสูงขึ้นในทุกมิติ สอดคล้องกับสมรรถนะทางวิชาการของครูพลศึกษา ได้แก่ 1) สมรรถนะด้านการสอน 2) สมรรถนะด้านการเป็นผู้นำ 3) สมรรถนะครูพลศึกษา ทำให้ครูพลศึกษาเกิดการพัฒนาตนเอง และนำองค์ความรู้สมรรถนะวิชาการไปพัฒนาเพื่อสร้างกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้การสอนให้เข้ากับการเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคปัจจุบันมากยิ่งขึ้น ด้วย “รูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางวิชาการด้วยการเรียนรู้แบบนําตนเองของครูพลศึกษาโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก” หรือ PALA Model
