ผลการจัดการเรียนรู้เรื่องเทคโนโลยีการแปรรูปผลผลิตทางการเกษตรด้วยกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบเพื่อส่งเสริมความคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรม และแรงจูงใจต่อการเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง

Abstract

This study was quasi-experimental research which was conducted using one-group pretest-posttest design. The objectives of this research were 1) to study the effect of learning management through a design thinking process on agricultural product processing technology to develop creativity and innovation of students in high vocational certificate level; and 2) to study the effect of learning management through a design thinking process on agricultural product processing technology to develop entrepreneurial motivation among students at high vocational certificate level. The sample consisted of 30 students in the second semester of the academic year 2021, who were selected by a purposive sampling. The research tools included the learning management plan, the creativity and innovation assessment, and the entrepreneurial motivation assessment. Quantitative data were analyzed using mean, percentage, standard deviation (S.D.), t-test dependent and one sample t-test. The research indicated that the students' post-test scores were higher than before and higher than 70 percent as criteria with a statistical significance level of .05 and In Addition, the entrepreneurial motivation of the students in high vocational certificate level was significantly higher than before and was at a good level with a statistical significance level of .05.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง (Quasi-experimental design) ดำเนินการโดยใช้แบบแผนการวิจัยแบบหนึ่งกลุมทดสอบกอนและทดสอบหลังการทดลอง(The One Group Pretest - Posttest Design) มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบ เรื่องเทคโนโลยีการแปรรูปผลผลิตทางการเกษตร เพื่อพัฒนาความคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรมของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูงและ 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบ เรื่องเทคโนโลยีการแปรรูปผลผลิตทางการเกษตร เพื่อพัฒนาแรงจูงใจต่อการเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง ชั้นปีที่ 1 วิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งมาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบประเมินความคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรม และแบบประเมินแรงจูงใจต่อการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ทดสอบค่าทีแบบไม่เป็นอิสระต่อกันและทีแบบกลุ่มเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรมของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูงหลังเรียน ด้วยกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนและสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 2) แรงจูงใจต่อการเป็นผู้ประกอบการของนักศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูงหลังเรียนด้วยกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนและอยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับดี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
