ADMINISTRATIVE FACTORS AFFECTING THE ADMINISTRATION OF GOOD GOVERNANCE OF SCHOOLS UNDER THE TAK PRIMARY EDUCATION AREA OFFICE DISTRICT 2

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study administrative factors. School Governance Management The relationship between administrative factors and the administration of the good governance of the school and the administrative factors that affect the administration according to the principles of good governance of the school. Under the office of Tak Elementary School District 2, the sample includes school directors or acting officers and teachers. Under the office of Tak Primary Education Area District 2, there are 400 students. Statistics used to collect data include percentages, averages, standard deviations. Pearson correlation coefficient Stepwise multiple regression analysis

The results of the research showed that

1. Management factors Overall is at a high level. In descending order of averages, namely managerial aspects. Executive Leadership, Organizational Climate and Culture, Organizational Structure, and Information Technology.

2. School Governance Management Tak Elementary School District 2 Office Overall, it is at a high level. In descending order of averages, namely performance principles. Rule of law Principles of engagement and consensus focus Decentralization principles, moral and ethical principles The principle of accountability and accountability Response principle Principles of equality Principle of effectiveness and principle of openness and transparency.

3. Management factors and management according to school governance have a correlation coefficient between .25 to .60. It has a positive relationship with the administration of the good governance of the school. Statistically significant at the .01 level.

4. Management Factors Management Leadership of executives and organizational atmosphere and culture that affect the management of the school's governance. Jointly predict the administration according to the principles of good governance of the school. Statistically significant at the .05 level, it can be written as a forecast equation in the standard score format as follows Z = .568(X5) + .417(X1) + .343(X2)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ปัจจัยการบริหาร การบริหารงานตาม หลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียน ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยการบริหารกับการบริหารงานตามหลัก ธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียน และปัจจัยการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตาก เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนหรือรักษาการในตำแหน่ง และครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตาก เขต 2 จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบ ขั้นตอน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ปัจจัยการบริหาร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร ด้านบรรยากาศและวัฒนธรรมองค์การ ด้านโครงสร้างองค์การ และด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ

2. การบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตากเขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ หลักประสิทธิภาพ หลักนิติธรรม หลักการมีส่วนร่วมและการมุ่งเน้นฉันทามติ หลักการกระจายอำนาจ หลักคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม หลักภาระรับผิดชอบและสามารถตรวจสอบได้ หลักการตอบสนอง หลักความเสมอภาค หลักประสิทธิผล และหลักความเปิดเผยและโปร่งใส

3. ปัจจัยการบริหารกับการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียนมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อยู่ระหว่าง .25 ถึง .60 โดยด้านภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร ด้านบรรยากาศและวัฒนธรรม องค์การ ด้านโครงสร้างองค์การ ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และด้านการบริหารจัดการมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียนอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .01

4. ปัจจัยการบริหาร ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร และด้านบรรยากาศและวัฒนธรรมองค์การที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียน ร่วมกันทำนายการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตาก เขต 2 ได้ร้อยละ 72.00 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 สามารถเขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปแบบคะแนนมาตรฐานดังนี้ Z = .568(X5) + .417(X1) + .343(X2)
