A STUDY OF THE ELEMENTS OF INNOVATIVE THINKING SKILLS FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN KAMPHAENG PHET EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1) to examine the elements of innovative thinking skills of school administrators, and 2) to analyze the elements of innovative thinking skills of school administrators. The research method was divided into two part. The first one, to study the elements of innovative thinking skills of school administrators using a synthesis of concepts, documents and related studies for 10 samples. The second one, to analyze the elements of innovative thinking skills of school administrators applying the questionnaire of school administrators’ innovative thinking skills with 253 school administrators. The data were analyzed using a confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) model by SPSS for windows and Mplus Program. The result of the study presented that school the elements of Innovative Thinking Skills.in the digital age consisted of 3 elements, Observing, Associative thinking, and Technical knowledge.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร และ 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร โดยวิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาองค์ประกอบของทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยใช้การสังเคราะห์แนวคิด เอกสาร และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องจากนักวิชาการ จำนวน 10 รายการ และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเรื่อง ทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน 253 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (CFA) ด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS for windows และ Mplus ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

ทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 การสังเกต (Observing) องค์ประกอบที่ 2 การคิดเชื่อมโยง (Associative thinking) และองค์ประกอบที่ 3 การมีความรู้ทางเทคนิค (Technical knowledge)
