THE STUDY OF PARTICIPATION IN INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS UNDER TEACHERS’ VIEWS IN LOMSAK CONSORTIUM, THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE PHETCHABUN

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to study the participation in internal quality assurance in secondary schools under teachers’ views and to study development guidelines the participations in internal quality assurance in secondary schools under teachers’ views in Lomsak consortium, The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phetchabun. The first step was to study the participation in internal quality assurance in secondary schools. The samples were 159 teachers in Lomsak consortium, in the 2021 academic year selected by using the table of Krejcie & Morgan and proportional stratified random teachers from different schools. The research instrument was questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The second step was to study development guidelines the participations in internal quality assurance in secondary schools. The informants were 5 experts selected by purposive sampling method. The research instrument was in-depth interview. The data were statistically analyzed using content analysis.

The results from teacher’s views revealed that

1. The participation in internal quality assurance of teachers in Lomsak consortium had overall scores in the high level. When considering each aspect, the highest mean was the participation in benefits. The lowest mean was the participation in decision.

2. The development guidelines the participations in internal quality assurance in secondary schools, the school administrators should arrange a meeting to clarify, create understanding, exchange and learn together with all teachers. Including, they should focus on working together as a team to perform internal quality assurance work in school. In addition, administrators should regularly provide morale and encouragement to teachers to create motivation and feel involved in the work. This will result in more effective and efficient internal quality assurance in school.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาตามทัศนะของครู และศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาตามทัศนะของครู สหวิทยาเขตหล่มสัก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ โดยมีการดำเนินการวิจัย ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน ในสหวิทยาเขตหล่มสัก ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 159 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยการเทียบตารางเครจซี่มอร์แกน และเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนของครูแต่ละโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน ได้โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในรับผลประโยชน์ มีส่วนร่วมสูงสุด และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ มีส่วนร่วมต่ำสุด

2. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา พบว่า ผู้บริหารควรจัดประชุม ชี้แจง สร้างความเข้าใจ แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกันกับครูทุกคน รวมทั้งควรให้ความสำคัญกับการทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีมในการปฏิบัติงานประกันคุณภาพในสถานศึกษา นอกจากนี้ผู้บริหารควรให้ขวัญและกำลังใจแก่ครูอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อเป็นการสร้างแรงจูงใจและรู้สึกมีส่วนร่วมในผลงาน ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้การประกันคุณภาพในสถานศึกษาเกิดประสิทธิผลและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงขึ้น
