THE STUDY OF CREATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER TEACHERS’ VIEWS IN THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION IN PHICHIT PROVINCE, OFFICE OF THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION COMMISSION

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study creative leadership of school administrators and to study guidelines for developing creative leadership of school administrators according to the viewpoint of teachers in vocational education in Phichit Province under the Office of Vocational Education Commission. The sample group used in this research consisted of 144 teachers teaching in Phichit Province in the academic year 2021. The sample size was determined by comparing the Craigie Morgan table and the samples were selected by stratified random sampling method by the proportion of teachers in each department of each vocational college in Phichit Province. The tool used for data collection was the Creative Leadership Questionnaire of Educational Institution Administrators according to the viewpoint of teachers in vocational education in Phichit Province under the Office of Vocational Education Commission Data was analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the data from the interview form for creative leadership development of school administrators according to the viewpoint of teachers in vocational education in Phichit Province under the Office of Vocational Education Commission was analyzed by content analysis.

The results showed as following.

1. The results of the study on creative leadership of school administrators found that teachers had an opinion that the school administrators with creative leadership as overall at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the administrators of the educational institutes had high levels of leadership in all aspects. The aspect with the highest mean was teamwork, followed by vision and flexibility. The aspect with the lowest mean was imagination.

2. The results of the study on the development guidelines creative leadership of school administrators according to the viewpoint of teachers in vocational education in Phichit Province under the Office of Vocational Education Commission showed that the director should develop skills of innovative and collaborative networks to learning exchange with personnel at school, also provide opportunities for personnel to express their opinions and listen in order to lead educational institutions towards success in the future.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามทัศนะของครูในอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดพิจิตร สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่จัดการเรียนการสอนในอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดพิจิตร ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 144 คน ซึ่งกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการเทียบตารางเครจซี่มอร์แกน และเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนของครูแต่ละแผนกวิชาของแต่ละวิทยาลัยในอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดพิจิตร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามทัศนะของครูในอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดพิจิตร สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และแบบสัมภาษณ์แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามทัศนะของครูในอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดพิจิตร สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1.ผลการศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่า ครูมีความคิดเห็นว่าผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาในรายด้าน พบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีภาวะผู้นำอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านวิสัยทัศน์ และด้านความยืดหยุ่น ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ได้แก่ ด้านจินตนาการ

2.ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามทัศนะของครูในอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดพิจิตร สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา พบว่า ผู้บริหารควรพัฒนาทักษะในการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรม สร้างเครือข่ายในการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกันกับบุคลากรในสถานศึกษา เปิดโอกาสให้บุคลากรได้แสดงความคิดเห็นและรับฟัง รวมถึงกำหนดภาพและจุดมุ่งหมายของสถานศึกษาในอนาคตได้อย่างชัดเจน เพื่อที่จะได้นำพาสถานศึกษามุ่งสู่ความสำเร็จในอนาคต
