A STUDY OF THE ADMINISTRATOR’S TECHNOLOGY LEADERSHIP OF THE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY EXPANSION SCHOOLS ACCORDING TO TEACHERS' OPINIONS UNDER THE OFFICE OF PHICHIT PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study technology leadership and to study the guidelines for developing technology leadership for educational opportunity expansion school administrators, according to teachers’ opinions under the supervision of Phichit primary education service area office 1. The sample group consisted of 214 teachers who taught in the opportunity expansion school under the supervision of Phichit primary educational service area office 1, in the academic year 2021. The sample size was determined by the Krejcie and Morgan tables. The samples were selected by stratified random sampling based on the proportion of teachers in each district under the supervision of Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research tool was a technology leadership questionnaire according to teachers’ opinions of teachers under the supervision of the Phichit primary educational service area office. The data was analyzed by mean, standard deviation, and the interview form of guidelines for developing technology leadership for educational opportunity expansion school administrators under the supervision of Phichit primary educational service area office 1. The data was analyzed by content analysis.

The results were found as follows:

1. The results of the study of the administrator's technological leadership of the educational opportunity expansion schools according to teachers' opinions under the office of Phichit Primary Educational Service Area 1 showed that the teachers had the opinion that the school administrators had technological leadership overall at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean, at the highest level, was citizenship in the digital era, followed by professional practice excellence vision and the creation of a learning culture in the digital era. The aspect with the lowest mean was the systematic improvement.

2. The results of a study of the guidelines for developing technology leadership for educational opportunity expansion school administrators under the office of Phichit Primary Educational Service Area 1 were: Attending meetings, training, and seminars on the use of modern technology should be required for administrators. Supervise and follow-up on teachers as professionals on using technology responsibly and legally through various platforms of online media. Assist teachers in attending various training courses on the use of digital technology and electronic media in the classroom in order to respond to the policies and goals of developing 21st century educational institutions.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสตามทัศนะของครูและศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่จัดการเรียนการสอนในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวนทั้งหมด 214 คน ซึ่งกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการเทียบตารางเครจซี่มอร์แกนและเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) โดยคำนวณเทียบสัดส่วนครูแต่ละอำเภอในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีตามทัศนะของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและแบบสัมภาษณ์แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสตามทัศนะของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 พบว่า ครูมีความคิดเห็นว่าผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยี ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาในรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดได้แก่ ด้านการเป็นพลเมืองในยุคดิจิทัล รองลงมาคือ ด้านการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศอย่างมืออาชีพ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ และด้านการสร้างวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้แบบโลกยุคดิจิทัล ส่วนด้านที่ค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการปรับปรุงอย่างเป็นระบบ

2. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 พบว่า ผู้บริหารควรเข้ารับการประชุม อบรมสัมมนาด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยอยู่เสมอ ใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการติดต่อสื่อสารด้วยสื่อออนไลน์ในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ เป็นต้นแบบของการใช้เทคโนโลยีด้วยความรับผิดชอบอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย รวมทั้งมีการนิเทศติดตาม ส่งเสริม สนับสนุนให้ครูและบุคลากรเข้ารับการอบรมหลักสูตรต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอน เพื่อตอบสนองนโยบายและเป้าหมายในการพัฒนาสถานศึกษาสู่ศตวรรษที่ 21
