TEAM BUILDING APPROACHES FOR STUDENT CARE AND SUPPORT SYSTEM UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE NAN

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the state of team building and the guidelines to propose team building development for the student care and support system under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nan. The first step was to study the state of team building. The samples group consisted of 306 school administrators and teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nan, divided into 30 administrators acquired by purposive sampling and 276 teachers acquired by stratified sampling method. The data of this research were collected by a questionnaire and were analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The second step was to study the guidelines to propose team building development for the student care and support system. The informants were 5 experts, selected by purposive sampling. The in-depth interview was used for collecting information. The data were analyzed by content analysis.

The results were as follows.

1. The overall state of team building for student care and support system was at a high level. When considering each aspect, the highest mean was the perception of the team’s problem in student care and support system the lowest was performance assessment of team for student care and support system.

2. The guidelines to propose team building development for the student care and support system found that the administrators should create a working manual, hold a meeting for discussion and arrangement of an action plan, and provide teachers with an opportunity to express their views. Moreover, the administrators should constantly support and encourage teachers to pay attention and to be committed to their work, while conducting teacher or team worker performance evaluations with fairness and transparency.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการสร้างทีมงานและแนวทางพัฒนาการสร้างทีมงานสำหรับงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาน่าน โดยวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาการสร้างทีมงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาน่าน จำนวน 306 คน แบ่งเป็น ผู้บริหาร 30 คน ได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง และครู 276 คน ได้มาจากวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาการสร้างทีมงาน กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน ได้โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาการสร้างทีมงานสำหรับงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ในภาพรวม มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการรับรู้ปัญหาของทีมงานมีการปฏิบัติสูงสุด และด้านการประเมินผลงานของทีมงาน มีการปฏิบัติต่ำสุด

2. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาการสร้างทีมงานสำหรับงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน พบว่า ผู้บริหารควรจัดทำคู่มือการปฏิบัติงาน รวมทั้งจัดประชุมเพื่อพูดคุย สอบถามถึงปัญหา โดยเปิดโอกาสให้ครูได้แสดงความคิดเห็น และร่วมกันวางแผนการดำเนินงาน ทั้งนี้ผู้บริหารควรการสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจอย่างสม่ำเสมอ ให้ครูมีความสนใจในการปฏิบัติงานและประเมินผลการดำเนินของทีมงานสำหรับงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของครูด้วยความยุติธรรม โปร่งใส
