1. ผลการศึกษาบทบาทครูในการจัดการศึกษาสำหรับเด็กพิเศษระดับปฐมวัย ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ เขตการศึกษา 7 จังหวัดพิษณุโลก ทั้ง 5 ด้าน ในภาพรวม พบว่า บทบาทครูในการจัดการศึกษาสำหรับเด็กพิเศษระดับปฐมวัย ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ เขตการศึกษา 7 จังหวัดพิษณุโลก ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ซึ่งด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านจัดเนื้อหาสาระและกิจกรรมให้สอดคล้องกับความสนใจของผู้เรียน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านจัดการเรียนรู้และดูแลสุขภาพอนามัยและความปลอดภัยของผู้เรียน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านจัดสาระการเรียนรู้ให้เหมาะสมกับพัฒนาการของผู้เรียน 2. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนาบทบาทครูในการจัดการศึกษาสำหรับเด็กพิเศษระดับปฐมวัย ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ เขตการศึกษา 7 จังหวัดพิษณุโลก พบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับบทบาทครูในการจัดการศึกษาสำหรับเด็กพิเศษระดับปฐมวัยให้แก่ครูผู้สอนและบุคลากรอย่างสม่ำเสมอ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรมีการอบรมให้ความรู้แก่ครูผู้สอนและบุคลากรในด้านการจัดการศึกษาสำหรับเด็กพิเศษระดับปฐมวัยที่ทำให้ครูผู้สอนนั้นมีวางแผนในการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการจำเป็นพิเศษของแต่ละบุคคล เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพและความแตกต่างของผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ
