แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to study the learning leadership of school Administrators and to study guidelines for developing the learning leadership school Administrators under the Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office, District 1. Phichit District 1, with research carried out divided into 2 steps: Step 1: Study the learning leadership of school Administrators. The sample group includes school Administrators in educational institutions. Under the Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, academic year 2023, number 97 people. The sample was selected by stratified random sampling (Stratified Random Sampling) according to the proportion of school administrators in each district. Data was collected by questionnaire. Data is analyzed using mean and standard deviation. Step 2: Study of guidelines for developing the learning leadership of school Administrators. Under the jurisdiction of the Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, the group of information providers includes highly qualified experts. There were 5 people with expertise or empirical work in learning leadership. Data were collected using interviews. Data were analyzed using content analysis.

The research findings indicated that

1. The results of the study of learning leadership. of school Administrators under Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 are overall at a high level. When considering each area, it was found that the area with the highest average was in terms of providing an environment that is conducive to learning at a high level. And the area with the lowest average is the use of technology in work.

2. The research results on the guidelines for developing learning leadership of school administrators under the Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1 are as follows: Self-learning, creative thinking, team learning, providing an environment that is conducive to learning and the use of technology in work. Phichit Primary School Education Service Area Office 1 Organize training to support knowledge and skills training for educational institution administrators. Educational institution administrators should seek knowledge to develop themselves. Study new concepts, strategies, and techniques as well as pay attention to the work of personnel in educational institutions. Facilitating the creation of an environment for appropriate learning management will make teachers and students happy, respect rules and regulations, and be a good example in using technology.

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 โดยมีการดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 97 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) ตามสัดส่วนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาแต่ละอำเภอเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่มีความรู้เพื่อเป็นแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 5 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ อยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการปฏิบัติงาน

2. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตรเขต 1 ทั้ง 5 ด้าน ซึ่งได้แก่ ด้านการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง

ด้านการคิดสร้างสรรค์ ด้านการเรียนรู้เป็นทีม ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้และด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการปฏิบัติงาน สามารถพัฒนาโดยสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 จัดอบรมสนับสนุนให้ความรู้และฝึกทักษะให้กับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรแสวงหาความรู้เพื่อพัฒนาตนเอง ศึกษาแนวคิดกลยุทธ์และเทคนิคใหม่ ๆ พร้อมทั้งเอาใจใส่ในการทำงาของบุคลากรในสถานศึกษา อำนวยความสะดวกในการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมเพื่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เหมาะสมจะทำให้ครูและผู้เรียนมีความสุขเคารพกฎระเบียบ กติกา และเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีในการใช้เทคโนโลยี
