GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPING TEACHERS' PROFESSIONALISM IN THE DIGITAL AGE UNDER THE PHICHIT PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study teachers' professionalism in the digital age; Under the Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1 2) To study guidelines for developing teachers' professionalism in the digital age. Under the jurisdiction of Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the research is divided into 2 steps: Step 1: Study of teachers' professionalism in the digital age. Under the jurisdiction of Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 The sample group includes teachers in educational institutions. Under the jurisdiction of the Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, academic year 2023, a total of 274 people. The sample was selected by stratified random sampling (Stratified Random Sampling) according to the proportion of teachers, but the district collected data using questionnaires. It has a 5-level estimation scale. Data is analyzed using mean and standard deviation. Step 2: Study of guidelines for teachers' professional development in the digital age. Under the Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, the group of information providers includes highly qualified experts. There were 5people with expertise or empirical work in technology. Data were collected using interviews. Data were analyzed using content analysis. The research results found that

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นครูมืออาชีพในยุคดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาความเป็นครูมืออาชีพในยุคดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 โดยมีการดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาความเป็นครูมืออาชีพในยุคดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 274 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) ตามสัดส่วนของครูแต่อำเภอเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาความเป็นครูมืออาชีพในยุคดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญหรือมีผลงานเชิงประจักษ์ในด้านเทคโนโลยี จำนวน 5 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาความเป็นครูมืออาชีพในยุคดิจิทัลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตรเขต 1 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ อยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาความเป็นครูมืออาชีพในยุคดิจิทัล ของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 พบว่า การพัฒนาความเป็นครูมืออาชีพในยุคดิจิทัล เป็นการพัฒนาตนเองทั้งทางด้านความรู้ การถ่ายทอดผ่านสื่อนวัตกรรมการเรียนการสอน การเปลี่ยนแนวความคิดจากกรอบเดิม การส่งเสริมทักษะการคิด และการพัฒนาผู้เรียนตามฐานสมรรถนะ ต้องอาศัยนโยบายจากผู้บริหารและหน่วยงานที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง การส่งเสริมให้ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาเข้าถึงเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล อย่างเหมาะสมสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในงานทั้งทางด้านการศึกษาและในการจัดการเรียนการสอน มีพัฒนาทักษะการประยุกต์ใช้สื่อที่มีความเปลี่ยนแปลงไปจากเดิม การสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนที่สนับสนุนดิจิทัล และส่งเสริมทักษะการคิด การสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันเพื่อการพัฒนาทางวิชาชีพ การส่งเสริมการพัฒนาตนเองที่เรียกว่าการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตให้แก่ครู และผู้เรียน การเข้าถึงผู้เรียนที่มีลักษณะเป็นผู้เรียนในยุคดิจิทัลที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปจากยุคสมัยเดิมเนื่องจากสามารถเข้าถึงสื่อและข้อมูลได้อย่างรวดเร็ว อย่างไรก็ตามต้องคำนึงถึงการปลูกฝังคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ในการดำเนินชีวิต เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนสามารถอยู่ในสังคมได้อย่างมีความสุข
