Abstract

The objective of this research is To study digital literacy for teachers and study guidelines for promoting digital literacy for teachers under the Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. There is a research method divided into 2 steps: Step 1, study of digital literacy. The sample teachers included teachers in educational institutions. Under the jurisdiction of the Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, a total of 274 people were drawn by stratified random sampling according to the proportion of teachers in each school. The research instrument was a digital literacy questionnaire for teachers created by the researcher. It has the characteristics of a 5-level rating scale with a confidence value of the overall questionnaire equal to .990. Data were analyzed with mean and standard deviation. Step 2: Study of guidelines for promoting digital literacy for teachers under the office. Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the group of informants included 5 experts, obtained through purposive selection. The tools used for data collection were interviews, digital literacy guidelines for teachers, and data analysis using content analysis.

The research results found that

When considering each area, it was found that the area with the highest average was access to digital technology. at the highest level And the area with the lowest average is digital technology creative design. at a high level

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการรู้ดิจิทัลสำหรับครูและศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมการรู้ดิจิทัลสำหรับครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 มีวิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาการรู้ดิจิทัลสำหรับครูกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 จำนวน 274 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนของครูแต่ละโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามการรู้ดิจิทัลสำหรับครูที่สร้างขึ้นโดยผู้วิจัย มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามโดยรวมทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .990 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมการรู้ดิจิทัลสำหรับครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจงเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์แนวทางการรู้ดิจิทัลสำหรับครูและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาการรู้ดิจิทัลสำหรับครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ การเข้าถึงเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านการออกแบบสร้างสรรค์เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล อยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมการรู้ดิจิทัลสำหรับครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 ทั้ง 4 ด้าน ซึ่งได้แก่ ด้านการเข้าถึงเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ด้านความเข้าใจเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ด้านการออกแบบสร้างสรรค์เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล โดยสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การการศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 จัดอบรมให้ความรู้และทักษะที่จำเป็นให้กับครู มีการประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลข่าวสาร จัดการประกวดผลงาน และการสร้างเครือข่ายครูแกนนำผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ (PLC) มีระบบฐานข้อมูลหลักของโรงเรียน และจัดหาสื่อดิจิทัลให้กับครูในโรงเรียน รวมถึงการสร้างบรรยากาศและการติดต่อสื่อสารโดยการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลภายในองค์กร
