Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครสวรรค์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครสวรรค์ โดยใช้การกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของคอมลีย์ กำหนดว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 300 คน และได้ทำการเพิ่มจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่างประมาณร้อยละ 15 คือ 45 คน เนื่องจากคาดว่าจะได้รับแบบสอบถามคือประมาณร้อยละ 70 – 90 รวม 345 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ด้วยวิธีสังกัดองค์ประกอบหลัก หลังหมุนแกนแบบมุมฉาก ด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า องค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครสวรรค์ มี 7 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ในการบริหารสถานศึกษา ด้านการเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีทางดิจิทัล ด้านการใช้ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศในการบริหารจัดการศึกษา ด้านการสร้างแรงจูงใจในการทำงาน ด้านการติดตามกระบวนการทำงานอย่างเป็นระบบ ด้านการสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานสถานศึกษา และด้านการใช้นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีบริหารจัดการศึกษา
