Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the teaching spirit of special education teachers and to study the guidelines fo promoting the teaching spirit of special education teachers in special education center network group 7 under the Office of Special Education Bureau. The research was divided into 2 steps: Step 1: Study of the teacher spirit of special education teachers. The sample group includes teachers in educational from special education center network group 7 under the Office of Special Education Bureau, totaling 214 people. The sample was determined by opening the Krejcie & Morgan table and selecting the sample by using stratified random sampling according to the proportion of teachers in each educational institution in the academic year 2023 from a total of 9 educational institutions. The instrument used to collect data was the Teacher Spirituality Questionnaire of Special Education Teachers. It has a 5-level estimation scale. Data is analyzed using mean and standard deviation. Step 2: Study the guidelines for promoting the teaching spirit of special education teachers. The group of information providers consisted of quatified individuals totaling 5 people who has experience in the teaching spirit of special education teachers. Collecting data through interviews and analyzing the information using content analysis.

The research results found that

1. The results of the study of the teacher spirit of special education teachers found that overall the average level was at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was the aspect of having morals and ethics, and the aspect with the lowest average was the aspect of self-development.

2. The results of the study of guidelines for promoting the teaching spirit of special education teachers found that school administrators should encourage teachers to participate in professional teaching activities. Encourage teachers to establish professional learning communities (PLC) Create awareness for teachers to study and gain knowledge about how to behave according to government regulations by themselves through online information searches or databases. Campaign for teachers to be conscious of dressing appropriately for the occasion. Encourage teachers to pursue a master's degree or attend specialized training in special education. and encourage teachers to use technology and apply media technology in teaching and performing work in special education.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูของครูการศึกษาพิเศษและศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูของครูการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่มเครือข่ายส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่มเครือข่าย 7 สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ โดยมีการดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูของครูการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มเครือข่ายส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพ ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่มเครือข่าย 7 สังกัดสำนักบริหารงานการศึกษาพิเศษ จำนวน 214 คน โดยกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการเปิดตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan) และเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) ตามสัดส่วนของครูในแต่ละสถานศึกษา ปีการศึกษา 2566 จากทั้งหมด 9 สถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูของครูการศึกษาพิเศษ มีลักษณะเป็นมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูของครูการศึกษาพิเศษ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่มีประสบการณ์เรื่องจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูของครูการศึกษาพิเศษ จำนวน 5 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูของครูการศึกษาพิเศษ โดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการพัฒนาตนเอง

2. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูของครูการศึกษาพิเศษ พบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรส่งเสริมให้ครูเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางวิชาชีพครู ส่งเสริมให้ครูจัดตั้งกลุ่มชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) สร้างความตระหนักให้ครูศึกษาหาความรู้เกี่ยวกับการประพฤติตนตามระเบียบของทางราชการด้วยตนเองผ่านการสืบค้นข้อมูลออนไลน์หรือฐานข้อมูล รณรงค์ให้ครูเกิดจิตสำนึกในการแต่งกายให้เหมาะสมตามกาลเทศะ ส่งเสริมให้ครูเข้าศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาโทหรือเข้าร่วมอบรมเฉพาะทางการศึกษาพิเศษ และส่งเสริมให้ครูนำเทคโนโลยีรวมทั้งประยุกต์ใช้สื่อ เทคโนโลยี ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนและการปฏิบัติงานด้านการศึกษาพิเศษ
