ความต้องการจำเป็นและแนวทางการส่งเสริมความสามารถในการจัดการเรียนรู้ยุคดิจิทัลของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 1

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the needs and guidelines for promoting digital learning management abilities of primary school teachers. Under Phetchabun Primary Education Service Area Office District 1. The research is conducted in 2 step: Step 1: study the needs of guidelines for promoting the digital learning management ability of primary school teachers. The sample groups includes 285 teachers in schools under Phetchabun Primary Education Service Area Office District 1 in schools were sampled according to Krejsi and Morgan's table and three experts were obtained by selective selection and questionnaire collection. Analyze the data with mean, standard deviation Needs index values need improvement. Step 2: Study guidelines for promoting the digital learning management ability of primary school teachers. The group of information includes 3 experts with experience in educational administration and supervision. Collecting data through interviews and analyzing the information using content analysis.

The research findings indicated that

1. Results of a study on the need for digital learning management abilities of primary school teachers under Phetchabun Primary Education Service Area Office District 1. The overall value of Phetchabun Primary Education Area Office 1 was 0.105 when examining the specific aspects it was found that the area with the highest demand index was digital learning management design. This is followed by media and digital technology, and the area with the lowest need index is being a learning person in the digital age.

2. Guidelines for promoting the digital learning management ability of primary school teachers under Phetchabun Primary Education Service Area Office District 1, Education Service Area office should conduct workshops to develop teachers about knowledge and understanding and how to use the online application and of fine. School administrators should creat policies, and the focus on the school to creat a learning social network and support the budget to build a network and create a learning society among learners environment. In the classroom, materials and equipment are provided to promote and support the use of technology. School administrators should supervise and follow up teachers' learning management to ensure that learning is organized in a variety of channels.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นและแนวทางการส่งเสริมความสามารถการจัดการเรียนรู้ยุคดิจิทัลของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 1 โดยมีการดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการส่งเสริมความสามารถในการจัดการเรียนรู้ยุคดิจิทัลของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 1 จำนวน 285 คน โดยกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน และเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นการปรับปรุง ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมความสามารถในการจัดการเรียนรู้ยุคดิจิทัลของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารการศึกษา และนิเทศการศึกษา จำนวน 3 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของความสามารถในการจัดการเรียนรู้ยุคดิจิทัลของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 1 ในภาพรวมเท่ากับ 0.105 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุด คือ ด้านการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้แนวดิจิทัล รองลงมาคือ ด้านการใช้สื่อ และเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และด้านที่มีดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการเป็นบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ในยุคดิจิทัล

2. แนวทางการส่งเสริมความสามารถในการจัดการเรียนรู้ยุคดิจิทัลของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 1 ว่า สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาควรดำเนินการจัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในการส่งเสริมให้ครูมีความรู้ความเข้าใจ และวิธีการใช้แอพลิเคชั่น ทั้งแบบออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรกำหนดนโยบาย วิสัยทัศน์ของหน่วยงานต้นสังกัดและจุดเน้นของสถานศึกษา ให้มีเครือข่ายสังคมการเรียนรู้ และสนับสนุนงบประมาณในการสร้างเครือข่าย และสร้างสังคมการเรียนรู้ระหว่างผู้เรียน ผู้ปกครอง ชุมชน และจัดสภาพแวดล้อมภายในโรงเรียนให้มีแหล่งเรียนรู้นอกห้องเรียน และในห้องเรียนจัดให้มีวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ เพื่อส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการใช้เทคโนโลยี อีกทั้งในการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษควรดำเนินการกำกับ นิเทศ ติดตามการจัดการเรียนรู้ ของครูให้มีการจัดการเรียนรู้ในช่องทางที่หลากหลาย
