แนวทางการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากำแพงเพชร

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the management of learning resources and to study the guidelines for management of learning resources in secondary schools under the secondary educational service area office Kamphaengphet. The research isconducted in 2 steps: Step 1: Study of management of learning resources in secondary schools. under the secondary educational service area office Kamphaengphet. the sample group Including educational institution administrators and teachers in secondary schools under the secondary educational service area office kamphaengphet. there were 306 people. The sample was determined by opening the Krejcie and Morgan tables. and the sample was selected using stratified random sampling according to the proportion of educational institution administrators and teachers in secondary schools, academic year 2023. The instrument for collect data was a questionnaire of management of learning resources in secondary schools. It has the characteristics of a 5-level estimation scale. Data was analyzed using mean and standard deviation. Step 2: Study of guidelines for managing learning resources in secondary schools under the secondary educational service area office kamphaengphet. The group of informants included 3 experts with experience in managing learning resources in secondary schools. Data were collected using an interview form. Data were analyzed using content analysis.

The research results found that

1. Results of the study of management of learning resources in secondary schools under the secondary educational service area office Kamphaengphet. it was found that overall the average level was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was the aspect of managing learning resources. And the aspect with the lowest average is the aspect of improving and developing the management of learning resources.

2. Results of the study of learning resource management guidelines in secondary schools under the secondary educational service area office Kamphaengphet. it was found that educational institution administrators should use the results from the suppervisory comittee that reflect on proplems to be guidelines for improve and develop learning resouvces support to creat learning resources and support the budget, provide materials and equipment necessary for managing learning resources. Conducting knowledge exchanges in the PLC professional learning community, managing learning resources in schools Appoint a committee to drive the process of improving and developing learning resources to be more efficient.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาการบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาและเพื่อศึกษาแนวการบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากำแพงเพชร โดยมีการดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาการบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากำแพงเพชร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากำแพงเพชร จำนวน 306 คน โดยกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการเปิดตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น ตามสัดส่วนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ปีการศึกษา 2566 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามการบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา มีลักษณะเป็นมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากำแพงเพชร กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับเรื่องการบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จำนวน 3 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาการบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากำแพงเพชร พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการดำเนินการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้

2. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากำแพงเพชร พบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากำแพงเพชร ควรนำผลที่ได้จากการคณะกรรมการนิเทศ ครู และผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องที่ได้ร่วมกันสะท้อนปัญหาที่พบในการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้มาเป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุง พัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่มัธยมศึกษากำแพงเพชรควรมีการส่งเสริมให้มีการจัดสร้างและจัดสภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ใช้เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ทั้งภายใน และภายนอกสสถานศึกษา พร้อมทั้งสนับสนุนงบประมาณ สื่อและเทคโนโลยีต่างๆในสถานศึกษา ดำเนินการจัดอบรมให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้กับการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนให้กับครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
