Abstract

This research aims to develop a cooperative network managementmodel to promote the life skills of primary school students under the Office of the BasicEducation Commission. The research method is divided into three steps: Step 1: Study ofthe components and management guidelines of the cooperative network to promotelife skills of primary school students under the Office of Basic EducationCommission, divided into 3 sub-steps, consisting of: Section 1.1: Study ofadministrative components of a cooperative network to promote the life skills of primaryschool students under the Office of the Basic Education Commission from a synthesisof documents, theories, and related research. Section 1.2: Study of Guidelines forcooperative network management to promote the life skills of primary school studentsunder the Office of the Basic Education Commission by studying best practicesschools. Section 1.3: Study of Guidelines for Cooperative Network Management topromote the life skills of primary school students Under the Office of Basic EducationCommission from interviews with experts. Step 2: creating a cooperative networkmanagement model to promote the life skills of primary school students under theOffice of the Basic Education Commission, consisting of two sub-steps: Section 2.1: Drafting a cooperative network management model to promote the life skills of primaryschool students under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. Section 2.2examining the draft model for cooperative network management to promote lifeskills of primary school students under the Office of the Basic Education Commissionwith a multi-disciplinary discussion meeting to find consensus, totaling 9 people. Step3: evaluating the feasibility and usefulness of cooperative network managementmodel to promote the life skills of primary school students under the Office of the BasicEducation Commission by educational institution administrators of the primaryschool under the Office of the Basic Education Commission.

The results of the research found that the cooperative network management model to promote the life skills of primary school students under the In the Office of the Basic Education Commission, there are seven components: component 1: principles of the model, component 2: purpose of the model, component 3: cooperation network agencies, component 4: scope of cooperation, component 5: providing resources for the cooperation network, component 6: cooperation network management process, and component 7: life skills of primary school students. The feasibility and usefulness of the model. Overall, it is at the highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะชีวิตของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาองค์ประกอบและแนวทางการบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะชีวิตของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ขั้นย่อย ประกอบด้วย ขั้นที่ 1.1 การศึกษาองค์ประกอบการบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะชีวิตของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จากการสังเคราะห์เอกสาร ทฤษฎี และงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ขั้นที่ 1.2 การศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะชีวิตของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ด้วยการศึกษาโรงเรียนที่มีวิธีปฏิบัติที่ดี (Best Practice) ขั้นที่ 1.3 การศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ เพื่อส่งเสริม ทักษะชีวิตของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะชีวิตของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ประกอบด้วย 2 ขั้นย่อย ประกอบด้วย ขั้นที่ 2.1 การยกร่างรูปแบบการบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะชีวิตของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ขั้นที่ 2.2 การตรวจสอบร่างรูปแบบการบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะชีวิตของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ด้วยการประชุมอภิปรายแบบพหุลักษณะเพื่อหาฉันทามติ จำนวน 9 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบการบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะชีวิตของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โดยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะชีวิตของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 หลักการของรูปแบบ องค์ประกอบที่ 2 วัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแบบ องค์ประกอบที่ 3 หน่วยงานเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ องค์ประกอบที่ 4 ขอบข่ายความร่วมมือ องค์ประกอบที่ 5 การจัดหาทรัพยากรของเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ องค์ประกอบที่ 6 กระบวนการบริหารเครือข่าย ความร่วมมือ องค์ประกอบที่ 7 ทักษะชีวิตของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา ผลการประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบการบริหารเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะชีวิตของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
