รูปแบบการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพ สำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา

Abstract

The objective of this research was to develop a school curriculum management model to promote vocational skills for educational opportunity extension schools under Primary Education Area Offices. The research method was divided into 3 stages: Step 1: Studying opinions on students' need about vocational skill development and approaches about school curriculum management to promote vocational skills for educational opportunity extension schools under the Primary Education Area Offices. The methods were divided into 3 sub-stages as follows: 1.1 Study of opinions on the students’ need to develop vocational skills of educational opportunities extension schools under Primary Education Area Offices. The key informants was school administrators; head of academic affairs and head of career learning groups in educational opportunity extension schools under Primary Education Area Offices. Step 1.2 Study about school curriculum management guidelines to promote vocational skills of educational opportunity extension schools under Primary Education Area Offices from interviewing a group of experts. Step 1.3 Study school curriculum management guidelines to promote vocational skills of educational opportunities extension schools under Primary Education Area Offices by studying the good practiced schools. Step 2: Create a school curriculum management model to promote vocational skills for educational opportunity extension schools under Primary Education Area Offices that consists of 2 sub-stages; 2.1. Draft a school curriculum management model to promote vocational skills for educational opportunity extension schools under Office of Primary Education Area Offices. 2.2. Examinate the draft of school curriculum management model to promote vocational skills for educational opportunity extension schools under Primary Education Area Offices by discussing with a group of 9 experts. 2.3. Estimate possibility and benefit of a school curriculum management model to promote vocational skills for educational opportunity extension schools under Primary Education Area Offices by school administrators; head of academic affairs and head of career learning groups in educational opportunity extension schools under the Primary Education Area Offices.

The results of a research were shown that the school curriculum management model to promote vocational skills for educational opportunity extension school, it consists of 3 components: 1. Curriculum management factors 2. A process of curriculum management to promote vocational skills and 3. Students’ vocational skills in educational opportunity extension schools and the school curriculum management model to promote vocational skills for the educational opportunity extension schools under the Primary Education Area Offices that were developed, there are possibility and benifit of a whole model at the highest level

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพ สำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความต้องการพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียน และแนวทางการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพ สำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ขั้นย่อย ประกอบด้วย ขั้นที่ 1.1 การศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความต้องการพัฒนาทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ และครูหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพ โรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ขั้นที่ 1.2 การศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพ สำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา จากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ขั้นที่ 1.3 การศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพ สำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ด้วยการศึกษาโรงเรียนที่มีวิธีปฏิบัติที่ดี (Best Practice) ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพ สำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 2 ขั้นย่อย ประกอบด้วย ขั้นที่ 2.1 การยกร่างรูปแบบการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพ สำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ขั้นที่ 2.2 การตรวจสอบร่างรูปแบบการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพ สำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ด้วยการสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การประเมิน ความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพ สำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา โดยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ และครูหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพ โรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพ สำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 ปัจจัยการบริหารหลักสูตร องค์ประกอบที่ 2 กระบวนการบริหารหลักสูตรเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพ และองค์ประกอบที่ 3 ทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา และรูปแบบการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพ สำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบฯ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมีความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบฯ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
