Abstract

This research aims to create activities to enhance entrepreneurial skills by using community business establishments in The Khao Kaeo Sri Somboon Subdistrict as a learning base for high school students. It is qualitative research. The main informant group is the group of learners. A group of business entrepreneurs in the community and a group of teachers, totaling 90 people, with the scope of the research area being Khao Kaeo Si Somboon Subdistrict Thung Saliam District Sukhothai Province The researcher conducted qualitative data analysis. Using the Analytic Induction method, analyzing the summary data from the field notes, which are detailed descriptive notes, which are Analytical descriptions, obtained from observation, and interviews, and participating in the opinions of those who Provide primary data and discuss together to analyze data according to research objectives. After that, a descriptive and analytical report will be presented.

The results of the research found that 1) The current conditions that affect learning management activities to develop high school students' entrepreneurial skills are that students still lack knowledge. understanding of entrepreneurship and students do not attach importance to learning because it is a compulsory subject that does not correspond to students' interests and the lack of readiness of teachers and the school lacks media resources for learning about entrepreneurial skills. 2) The results of using activities to enhance entrepreneurial skills by using community business establishments in Khao Kaeo Sri Somboon Subdistrict as a learning base for secondary school students. end It can be summarized as a guideline for creating activities that enhance learning potential, namely REC MODEL, which gives students the skills to be entrepreneurs who are responsible for the community and society, as well as leading to awareness of sustainable local development.

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างทักษะผู้ประกอบการโดยใช้สถานประกอบการธุรกิจชุมชนตำบลเขาแก้วศรีสมบูรณ์เป็นฐานการเรียนรู้ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย โดยเป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก คือ กลุ่มผู้เรียน กลุ่มผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจในชุมชน และกลุ่มครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา รวม 90 คน โดยมีขอบเขตพื้นที่การวิจัย คือ ตำบลเขาแก้วศรีสมบูรณ์ อำเภอทุ่งเสลี่ยม จังหวัดสุโขทัย ผู้วิจัยดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์สรุปอุปนัย (Analytic Induction) โดยการวิเคราะห์สรุปข้อมูลจากบันทึกภาคสนามที่เป็นส่วนบันทึกละเอียดแบบพรรณนา ซึ่งเป็นแบบพรรณนาเชิงวิเคราะห์ (Analytical Description) ที่ได้จากการสังเกต สัมภาษณ์ และร่วมแสดงความคิดเห็นของผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก พร้อมสนทนาร่วมกันเพื่อนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ตามวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย หลังจากนั้นจะนำเสนอรายงานแบบพรรณนาเชิงวิเคราะห์

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้กิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในด้านทักษะการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ คือ นักเรียนยังขาดความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ และนักเรียนไม่ได้ให้ความสำคัญต่อการเรียน เนื่องจากเป็นวิชาบังคับที่ไม่ตรงกับความสนใจของนักเรียน และปัญหาการขาดความพร้อมของครูผู้สอน และโรงเรียนขาดสื่อแหล่งการเรียนรู้ในด้านทักษะการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ 2) ผลการใช้กิจกรรมเสริมสร้างทักษะผู้ประกอบการโดยใช้สถานประกอบการธุรกิจชุมชนตำบลเขาแก้วศรีสมบูรณ์เป็นฐานการเรียนรู้ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย สามารถสรุปเป็นแนวทางการสร้างกิจกรรมเสริมศักยภาพการเรียนรู้ คือ REC MODEL ทำให้ผู้เรียนเกิดทักษะการเป็นผู้ประกอบการที่รับผิดชอบต่อชุมชน และสังคม ตลอดจนนำไปสู่การมีจิตสำนึกในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นอย่างยั่งยืน
