การพัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรวมด้วยกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร : ห้องเรียนเสมอภาคเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะพลเมืองเข้มแข็ง สำหรับนักเรียนประถมศึกษาตอนปลาย

Abstract

This research has the following objectives: 1) To study the situation of inclusive education management at Wat Mahawanaram School. 2) To develop a framework for inclusive education management with supplementary activities: inclusive classrooms to enhance civic competencies for upper primary students by integrating skill-building activities in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment. This is a qualitative research that has studied the concepts of inclusive education management and examined the assessment methods for students' competency as a research framework.

The sample group consists of 35 upper primary students, selected through purposive sampling. The research tools used are: 1) Teacher interview record form, 2) Student behavior observation record form, 3) Plan for inclusive classroom learning activities, 4) Participatory observation record form, and 5) Group conversation record form. Data analysis is conducted using content analysis, and the research findings are presented through descriptive narration.

The research findings indicate that: The school lacks appropriate preparation for teachers and students in the mainstream group to coexist with special needs children. This often leads to conflicts between mainstream and special needs children.

The study has identified an effective approach to enhance inclusive education management, called the "EMPATHY MODEL," which consists of: E - Empathetic: Referring to showing understanding and compassion. M - Mutual Understanding: Referring to accepting others. P - Perspective: Referring to viewing things positively. A - Altruism: Referring to the desire to do good. T - Togetherness: Referring to closeness and good relationships. H - Humanity: Referring to respecting others as fellow humans. Y – Yielding: Referring to being open to others' opinions and ideas.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรวมของโรงเรียนวัดมหาวนาราม 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการพัฒนาแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรวมด้วยกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร : ห้องเรียนเสมอภาคเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะพลเมืองเข้มแข็งสำหรับนักเรียนประถมศึกษาตอนปลายโดยการนำกิจกรรมทักษะการสร้างพื้นที่ปลอดภัยบูรณาการร่วมกับกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรเพื่อสร้างโอกาสและความเสมอภาคในห้องเรียน เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ได้ศึกษาแนวคิดการจัดการเรียนรวม และศึกษารูปแบบการประเมินนักเรียนฐานสมรรถนะเป็นกรอบแนวคิดในการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาตอนปลาย จำนวน 35 คน ได้มาด้วยวิธีการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยตามวัตถุประสงค์ 1) แบบบันทึกการสัมภาษณ์ครูผู้สอน 2) แบบบันทึกการสังเกตพฤติกรรมนักเรียน 3) แผนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ห้องเรียนเสมอภาค 4) แบบบันทึกการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม และ 5) แบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และรายงานผลการวิจัยโดยใช้การบรรยายเชิงพรรณนา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) โรงเรียนขาดการเตรียมความพร้อมที่เหมาะสมให้กับครูผู้สอนและนักเรียนในกลุ่มปกติในการอยู่ร่วมกับเด็กพิเศษ และมักจะเกิดปัญหาความขัดแย้งระหว่างเด็กปกติกับเด็กพิเศษอยู่บ่อยครั้ง 2) ได้รูปแบบกิจกรรมที่ส่งเสริมความเสมอภาค ความเท่าเทียมในห้องเรียน และค้นพบแนวทางที่จะช่วยให้การจัดการเรียนรวมมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น โดยผู้วิจัยใช้ชื่อว่า “EMPATHY MODEL” ซึ่งประกอบด้วย E - Empathetic หมายถึง ความเห็นอกเห็นใจ M - Mutual Understanding หมายถึง การยอมรับผู้อื่น P - Perspective หมายถึง การมองสิ่งต่าง ๆ ในแง่บวก A - Altruism หมายถึง ความปรารถนาดี T - Togetherness หมายถึง ความใกล้ชิด ความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี H - Humanity หมายถึง การเคารพผู้อื่นในฐานะมนุษย์ด้วยกัน Y - Yielding หมายถึง การยอมรับฟังความคิดเห็นของผู้อื่น
