รูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนเพื่อส่งเสริมการเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุข

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop a Private school management model to promote being an organization of happiness. The research methodology was divided into 3 steps as follows: 1) The happy organization components analysis and management guidelines for Private school administration to promote being an organization of happiness by exploratory factor analysis from 375 fundamental education administrators and teachers of private school, Interviews with 4 experts and studying 2 schools as best practices. The research instruments were questionnaire and interview, 2) creating and validating private school management models to promote being an organization of happiness by 9 experts through focus group discussion, and 3) an evaluating of the private school management models to promote being an organization of happiness from 144 school administrators by using feasibility and utility Questionnaire.

The results of the research were as follows:

1. Private school management model to promote being an organization of happiness consisted of 3 components: (1) Private school management supported factors to promote being an organization of happiness; (2) Private school management process to promote being an organization of happiness; and (3) Being a happy organization of private school.

2. Private school management model to promote being an organization of happiness showed the feasibility and the usefulness overall was at a high level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนเพื่อส่งเสริมการเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุขวิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบและแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนเพื่อส่งเสริมการเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุข โดยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจจากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชน ครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จำนวน 375 คน สัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 4 ท่าน และสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาครูและบุคลากรของสถานศึกษาที่มีการปฏิบัติที่ดี (Best Practice) จำนวน 2 แห่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ 2) การสร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนเพื่อส่งเสริมการเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุขโดยการสนทนากลุ่ม ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน และ 3) การประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนเพื่อส่งเสริมการเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุข จากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 144 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนเพื่อส่งเสริมการเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุข มี 3 องค์ประกอบ คือ ปัจจัยสนับสนุนการบริหาร กระบวนการบริหารสถานศึกษา และการเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุขของสถานศึกษาเอกชน โดยรูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนเพื่อส่งเสริมการเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุขที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
