รูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนเพื่อส่งเสริมความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้

Abstract

The purposes of this research was to develop a model of private schools administration toward a learning organisation. The research method is divided into 3 steps: 1) Studying components and guidelines for developing a model of private schools administration toward a learning organisation by synthesising documents about components of learning organisation, interviewing three experts with expertise or experiences in learning organisation, and study organisation from three managers in the private organisations that are Best-Practice in the area of learning organisation. 2) creating and verifying the appropriateness of the model by 9 experts and data analysed by content analysis. 3) Evaluating feasibility and usefulness of the model of private schools administration toward a learning organisation by the sample of 130 school administrators in nine provinces of lower northern region using stratified random sampling on the provincial level. The research was found that /The results of the study were as follows:

The model of private schools administration toward a learning organisation were 8 components which are 1) Personnel Attributes, 2) Organisational Culture, 3) Factors promoting learning organisation, 4) Using technology to learn and develop work, 5) Organisation Strategy, 6) Working Process, 7) Evaluation, and 8) Being a learning organisation. Evaluating the feasibility of the model was at a high level and the usefulness of the model was at the highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนเพื่อส่งเสริมความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยมี 3 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนเพื่อส่งเสริมความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ จากการวิเคราะห์เอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง การสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 คน และการศึกษาองค์กรที่มีแนวปฏิบัติที่ดี จำนวน 3 แห่ง 2) สร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนเพื่อส่งเสริมความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ โดยมีผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน ตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา 3) ประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนเพื่อส่งเสริมความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชน จำนวน 130 คน ในภาคเหนือตอนล่าง โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามจังหวัด ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

รูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาเอกชนเพื่อส่งเสริมความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ มีองค์ประกอบ 8 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) องค์ประกอบด้านคุณลักษณะของบุคลากร 2) องค์ประกอบด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์กร 3) องค์ประกอบด้านปัจจัยส่งเสริมองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ 4) องค์ประกอบด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อเรียนรู้และพัฒนางาน 5) องค์ประกอบด้านกลยุทธ์องค์กร 6) องค์ประกอบด้านกระบวนการปฏิบัติงาน 7) องค์ประกอบด้านการประเมินผล 8) องค์ประกอบด้านความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ ผลการประเมิน พบว่า รูปแบบมีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก และมีความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
