รูปแบบการจัดการกีฬาของศูนย์กีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศในมหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ

Abstract

This research Objectives: 1) to study the sports management approach of the Sports Center of Excellence in the National Sports University, 2) to construct and verify the sports management model of the Sports Center of Excellence in the National Sports University and 3) evaluate Sports Management Model of the Sports Center of Excellence in the National Sports University There are 3 steps in the research method according to the objectives. The research tools were interview forms, suitability and feasibility assessment questionnaires. The researcher analyzed the data using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and data analysis

The results of the research were as follows:

1. Results of a study of sports management guidelines for sports centers for excellence in National Sports University There are 10 guidelines as follows: 1) Corporate strategy, 2) Organizational structure, 3) Management style, 4) Organi-zational operating system, 5) Personnel in the organization, 6) Skills, 7) Human resources Common values, 8) Budget, 9) Place, materials and equipment and 10) Management.

2. The results of creating and examining the sports management model of the Sports Center of Excellence in the National Sports University found that the level of opinions on the model was overall appropriateness at a high level of 12 aspects as follows: 1) Organizational Strategy, 2) Organizational Structure, 3) Management Style, 4) Systems in organizational operations, 5) Personnel in the organization, 6) Skills, 7) Shared values, 8) Budget, 9) Place, materials and equip-ment, 10) Management,t 11) Sports science and 12) special teaching management.

3. The results of the evaluation of the sports management model of the Sports Center of Excellence in the National Sports University found that the level of opinions of the model was overall possible with an average was at a high level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการกีฬาของศูนย์กีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศในมหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ 2. สร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการจัดการกีฬาของศูนย์กีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศในมหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ 3. ประเมินรูปแบบการจัดการกีฬาของศูนย์กีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศในมหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยมี 3 ขั้นตอนตามวัตถุประสงค์ เครืองมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถามประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ ผู้วิจัยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการกีฬาของศูนย์กีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศในมหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ ได้แนวทางจำนวน 10 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านกลยุทธ์ขององค์กร 2) ด้านโครงสร้างขององค์กร 3) ด้านรูปแบบในการบริหารงาน 4) ด้านระบบในการดำเนินงานขององค์กร 5) ด้านบุคลากรในองค์กร 6) ด้านทักษะ 7) ด้านค่านิยมร่วม 8) ด้านงบประมาณ 9) ด้านสถานที่ วัสดุและอุปกรณ์ 10) ด้านการจัดการ

2. ผลการสร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการจัดการกีฬาของศูนย์กีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศในมหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติพบว่าระดับความคิดเห็นด้านรูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีจำนวน 12 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านกลยุทธ์ขององค์กร 2) ด้านโครงสร้างขององค์กร 3) ด้านรูปแบบในการบริหารงาน 4) ด้านระบบในการดำเนินงานขององค์กร 5) ด้านบุคลากรในองค์กร 6) ด้านทักษะ 7) ด้านค่านิยมร่วม 8) ด้านงบประมาณ 9) ด้านสถานที่ วัสดุและอุปกรณ์ 10) ด้านการจัดการ 11) ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา และ 12) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบพิเศษ

3. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการจัดการกีฬาของศูนย์กีฬาเพื่อความเป็นเลิศในมหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ พบว่า ระดับความคิดเห็นรูปแบบมีความเป็นไปได้โดยรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ย มีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก
