Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1. Study the competence of Buddhist monks in propagating Buddhism in the Thai-Myanmar border area and 2. Evaluate the competency of Buddhist monks in propagating Buddhism in the Thai-Myanmar border area. to use qualitative research methods by analyzing documents small group discussion and observations in the data checking area using the triangulation method. analyze content and presented the data using descriptive analytical techniques. The results of the research showed that in studying the missionary capacity of missionary monks in the Thai-Myanmar border area, the researcher used the contextual framework of the missions of the Song Nai 6 missions as a framework for the study, namely administrative work, education. dissemination, public utilities welfare education and public welfare This led to the issue of the competence of Buddhist monks in 10 areas: 1. Knowledge of Buddhist principles 2. The transfer of Buddhist knowledge 3. The creation of the spirit and ideology of being a Buddhist monk. 4. Being a good role model in morality 5. Dharma communication 6. Meditation training 7. Sacrifice and patience 8. Helping people 9. Cultural exchange 10. Propagation according to the new era and the evaluation results of missionary performances of missionary monks in the border areas of Thailand -Myanmar the researcher evaluated the opinions on the performance model of missionary missionaries in the Thai-Myanmar border area. Thailand-Myanmar should consist of: 1) the

characteristics of foreign missionary monks It should consist of superiority with wisdom and ethics. 2) Development of missionary missionaries and religious practices of Thai monks in border areas by missionaries abroad. 3) Foreign missionary missionaries. should consist of 4 virtues. 4) foreign missionaries should be a graduate character, i.e., a person of knowledge and wisdom Have a good heart and live the right life. 5) Reflecting the evaluation results for continuous development, with 6 important elements in developing the potential of Buddhist monks to become spiritual leaders. strong and powerful spirit; 6) Principles that promote potential development; 7) Issues on the competence of Buddhist monks in general, both domestically and internationally. It was found that all types of missionary monks must have 3 important performance components: 1) Knowledge, 2) Skills, and 3) Personal Attributes.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะของพระธรรมทูตในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาในพื้นที่ชายแดน ไทย – เมียนมา และ 2. เพื่อประเมินความเหมาะสมสมรรถนะของพระธรรมทูตในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาในพื้นที่ชายแดน ไทย – เมียนมา ใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร การสนทนากลุ่มย่อย และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก โดยวิธีแบบสามเส้า วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และนำเสนอข้อมูลโดยใช้เทคนิคการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การศึกษาสมรรถนะการเผยแผ่ของพระธรรมทูตในพื้นที่ชายแดน ไทย - เมียนมา ผู้วิจัยได้สมรรถนะ 7 สมรรถนะ ดังนี้ 1. การถ่ายทอดความรู้หลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนา 2. การสร้างจิตวิญญาณและอุดมการณ์ความเป็นพระธรรมทูต 3. สมรรถนะการเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี 4. สมรรถนะการสื่อสาร 5. สมรรถนะการบริหารพฤติกรรมตนเอง 6. สมรรถนะการทำงานเป็นหมู่คณะ 7. สมรรถนะการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ทางวัฒนธรรม และมีองค์ประกอบด้านสมรรถนะที่สำคัญ 3 อย่าง คือ 1) ความรู้ (Knowledge) 2) ทักษะ (Skills) และ 3) คุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล (Attributes) ส่วนผลประเมินสมรรถนะของพระธรรมทูตในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาในพื้นที่ชายแดน ไทย – เมียนมา พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก
