การพัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจในการจัดหาช่างเสริมความงาม

Abstract

The purpose of this research was 1. To study development of a decision support system for acquiring beauty technicians 2. To develop and design a system that meets the needs of beauty customers and beauty service providers and 3. To study satisfaction and evaluate the efficiency of using decision support system for acquiring beauty technicians. The system has been developed with Responsive Web Design, PHP language, database management with MySQL and developed in the form of AI with the principles of Decision Support System (DSS) in recommendation and selection of salons or beauticians to satisfy the needs of users as much as possible. The factors used in the decision-making system consist of 6 factors which are 1. type of beauty technician 2. delivery or shop 3. time required by the customer 4. service price 5. skill level of the beauticians and 6. customer review scores. In addition, the satisfaction and efficiency in using the system were evaluated from 3 experts and the sample group of 100 people aged 20-60 who can use smartphones in Phitsanulok. Data were collected and analysed by descriptive statistics, mean and standard deviation (S.D.). The results of the research show that the developed system can recommend beauty technicians to satisfy the needs of users and can display results appropriately, quickly and efficiently. The efficiency of the system from the evaluation of experts is high level, with an average of 3.77, standard deviation of 1.16, the system from the evaluation of users is high level, with an average of 4.21, standard deviation of 0.79 and the satisfaction of users with the system is high level, with an average of 4.30, standard deviation of 0.75. According to the research, the results of system evaluation can be used to be a guideline for improving the system to satisfy the needs of service users in the future.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจในการจัดหาช่างเสริมความงาม 2. เพื่อพัฒนาและออกแบบระบบที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าผู้รับบริการเสริมความงามและผู้ให้บริการเสริมความงาม และ 3. เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจและประเมินประสิทธิภาพในการใช้ระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจในการจัดหาช่างเสริมความงาม โดยระบบได้ถูกพัฒนาด้วย Responsive Web Design ภาษา PHP บริหารจัดการฐานข้อมูลด้วย MySQL และพัฒนาในรูปแบบเอไอ (AI) ด้วยหลักการของระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจ (DSS) มาใช้ในส่วนของการแนะนำ และคัดเลือกร้านหรือช่างเสริมความงามที่ตรงกับความต้องการของผู้ใช้มากที่สุด โดยปัจจัยที่ใช้ในระบบการตัดสินใจประกอบไปด้วย 6 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ 1. ประเภทของช่างเสริมความงาม 2. Delivery หรือ Shop 3. เวลาที่ลูกค้าต้องการเรียก 4. ราคาค่าบริการ 5. ระดับฝีมือช่าง และ 6. คะแนนรีวิวจากผู้ใช้บริการ อีกทั้งประเมินประสิทธิภาพและความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานระบบจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 คน และผู้ใช้บริการร้านเสริมความงาม อายุ 20-60 ปี ที่สามารถใช้สมาร์ทโฟนได้ ในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก จำนวน 100 คน โดยเก็บรวบรวมวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถแนะนำช่างเสริมความงามได้ตรงต่อความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน และสามารถแสดงผลได้อย่างเหมาะสม รวดเร็ว และมีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งประสิทธิภาพในการใช้งานระบบจากการประเมินของผู้เชี่ยวชาญอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.77 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 1.16 การประเมินประสิทธิภาพของผู้ใช้งานอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.21 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.79 และความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานที่มีต่อระบบอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.30 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.75 จากการวิจัยพบว่าผลลัพธ์ของการประเมินระบบสามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุงระบบเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้บริการในอนาคต
