การส่งเสริมความฉลาดรู้ด้านคณิตศาสตร์ ด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ปัญหาทรัพยากรน้ำจังหวัดสุโขทัยเป็นฐาน เรื่อง สมการเชิงเส้นตัวแปรเดียว ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1

Abstract

The research aimed to study problem-based learning approach that promotes mathematical literacy and to study the development of mathematical literacy about linear equations in one variable using water resources-related problems. Research participants were 10 grade 7 students of a small secondary school in Sukhothai Province, during the second semester of the 2022 academic year. The research applied 3 spirals of classroom action research. Research instruments included lesson plans, worksheets, reflective journals, and a mathematical literacy test. The data were analyzed by content analysis and verified by data triangulation. The result indicated using problem-based learning approach to promote mathematical literacy requires teachers to begin with situations related into students’ real lives. Furthermore, the worksheet questions should be thought-provoking and be relevant to the new knowledge the students would acquire. This would support students to develop mathematical literacy in three parts, as follows formulating math problem, employing of mathematics, and interpreting and evaluating, respectively.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานที่ส่งเสริมความฉลาดรู้ด้านคณิตศาสตร์และเพื่อศึกษาพัฒนาการเกี่ยวกับความฉลาดรู้ด้านคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่อง สมการเชิงเส้นตัวแปรเดียว โดยใช้ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับทรัพยากรน้ำ ผู้มีส่วนร่วมวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 จำนวน 10 คน ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดเล็กแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดสุโขทัย ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2565 ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียน 3 วงจรปฏิบัติการ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ ใบกิจกรรม แบบสะท้อนผลการจัดการเรียนรู้และแบบวัดความฉลาดรู้ด้านคณิตศาสตร์ โดยนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาทำการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาและตรวจสอบความน่าเชื่อถือของข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นฐานเพื่อส่งเสริมความฉลาดรู้ด้านคณิตศาสตร์ ผู้สอนต้องเริ่มต้นการเรียนรู้โดยใช้สถานการณ์ที่อยู่ใกล้ตัวนักเรียนและมีความเกี่ยวข้องกับนักเรียน นอกจากนี้การออกแบบคำถามที่ใช้ในกิจกรรม จะต้องกระตุ้นการคิดและเชื่อมโยงกับความรู้ใหม่ที่นักเรียนต้องเรียนรู้ ซึ่งจะช่วยให้นักเรียนสามารถพัฒนาความฉลาดรู้ด้านคณิตศาสตร์ทั้ง 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการคิดหรือแปลงปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์มีพัฒนาการมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือด้านการใช้คณิตศาสตร์และด้านการตีความและประเมิน ตามลำดับ
