คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษายุคใหม่ที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of the characteristics of school administrators in new age under the secondary educational service area office Phetchabun 2) to study the level of teacher competencies in the the 21st century of schools under the secondary educational service area office Phetchabun 3) to study the relationship between the characteristics of school administrators in new age affecting teacher competencies in the 21st century of schools under the secondary educational service area office Phetchabun 4) to create predive equations the characteristics of school administrators in new age affecting teacher competencies in the 21st century of schools under the secondary educational service area office Phetchabun.The sample group was 310 school administrators and teachers under the secondary educational service area office Phetchabun, academic year 2022. By stratified random sampling. The research tool was a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire. The statistic used in this research were percentage, mean, standard deviation, pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

The results of the research showed that 1) The characteristics of school administrators in new age had the average of all items at the high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that visionary was the highest mean, followed by the aspect of inspiration and the lowest mean was perseverance 2) The teacher competencies in the 21st century had the average of all items at the high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that curriculum administration and learning management was the highest mean, followed by use of educational technology and the lowest mean was student care and support 3) The relationship between the characteristics of school administrators in new age and teacher competencies in the 21st century had a correlation coefficient between 0.512 - 0.812 with statistical significant equal to .01 4) The characteristics of school administrators in new age , in terms of perseverance, vision and inspiring, affected the teachers competencies in the 21st century under the secondary educational service area office Phetchabun with the statistical significance of .01 The predictive value was 78.10 percent and could be written in the predictive equation of standard scores as follows:

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษายุคใหม่ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ 2) ศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษายุคใหม่กับสมรรถนะครูในศตวรรษที่ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ 21 และ 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษายุคใหม่ ที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะครูในศตววรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 310 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient) และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบมีขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษายุคใหม่โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ รองลงมาคือ ด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านความมุ่งมั่นพากเพียร 2) สมรรถนะครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ การบริหารหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนรู้ รองลงมาคือ การใช้เทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการดูแลช่วยเหลือผู้เรียน 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษายุคใหม่และสมรรถนะครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 พบว่า มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อยู่ระหว่าง 0.512 - 0.812 ซึ่งมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง-สูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4) คุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษายุคใหม่ที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ได้แก่ด้านความมุ่งมั่นพากเพียร ด้านวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ ร่วมกันพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 78.10 ซึ่งสามารถเขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐานตามลำดับ ดังนี้
