การพัฒนาศักยภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนพิชัยด้วยชุดกิจกรรมตามแนวคิด Outward Mindset สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพิษณุโลก อุตรดิตถ์

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to assess the needs for the potential development of the teachers and the educational personnel in Phichai School with the activity package following the process of Outward Mindset 2) to create the processes and the manuals for the potential development of the teachers and educational personnel in Phichai School with the process of Outward Mindset. The teachers and educational personnel of Phichai School were assessed the needs with the activity package following the process of Outward Mindset and the creating of the processes and the manuals for the potential development of the teachers and educational personnel with the activity package following the process of Outward Mindset were assessed too. There were 5 activities in the activity package for the potential development of the teachers and the educational personnel in Phichai School. First activity was the orientation for 2 hours. Second activity was the self-seeing activity for 4 hours. My desire activity when collaborating with others was the third activity for 8 hours. Then, the relationship building activity was the fourth activity for 8 hours and the final activity was the challenging situation activity for 8 hours. The results found that 1) the assessment of the needs for the potential development with the process of Outward Mindset, as perceived by the teachers and the educational personnel in Phichai School, were ranked in order of priority with card sort. The three sequences of the needs were selected which classified into 3 orders according to the process of the research as follow: the training showed that the first need was desiring school to provide a training course to develop the attitude for positive working. The second need was the desire a training to promote knowledge, skill, and expertise for working for the teachers and the educational personnel and result to positive attitude in working. Moreover, the third need was school provides a course which is benefit for school to develop the teachers and the educational personnel. In the education found that the first need was school has publicized academic information to inform personnel about the various details for further studies. Second, school facilitates the teachers the future studies and the third need was school motivates the teachers and the educational personnel to realize about the necessary of the future studies. Moreover, in the development found that the first need was school promotes the teacher and the educational personnel to develop skill and attitude for collaborating working and team working. Then, school promotes a self-development in online and onsite forms for the teacher and the educational personnel was the second need and the third need was school promotes the teachers and the educational personnel to develop their performance (Best Practice). Besides, 2) the result showed that the activity package to develop the potential of the teachers and the educational personnel in Phichai School with the process of Outward Mindset consisted of 1) the name of the activity 2) the objective of the activity 3) the process of the activity, and 4) the assessment of the activity

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1. เพื่อประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนพิชัยด้วยชุดกิจกรรมตามแนวคิด Outward Mindset 2. เพื่อสร้างแนวทางและคู่มือการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนพิชัยด้วยชุดกิจกรรมตามแนวคิด Outward Mindset โดยการประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนพิชัยด้วยชุดกิจกรรมตามแนวคิด Outward Mindset และการสร้างแนวทางและคู่มือการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนพิชัยด้วยชุดกิจกรรมตามแนวคิด Outward Mindset โดยชุดกิจกรรรมการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนพิชัยตามแนวคิด Outward Mindset มีทั้งหมด 5 กิจกรรม โดยแบ่งเป็น กิจกรรมที่ 1 ปฐมนิเทศ จำนวน 2 ชั่วโมง กิจกรรมที่ 2 กิจกรรมมองเห็นตนเอง จำนวน 4 ชั่วโมง กิจกรรมที่ 3 กิจกรรมความปรารถนาของฉันเมื่อร่วมงานกับผู้อื่น จำนวน 8 ชั่วโมง กิจกรรมที่ 4 กิจกรรมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ จำนวน 8 ชั่วโมง กิจกรรมที่ 5 กิจกรรมสถานการณ์ที่ท้าทาย จำนวน 8 ชั่วโมง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. จากผลการประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนพิชัยด้วยกระบวนการ Outward Mindset โดยวิธีการจัดเรียงลำดับความสำคัญด้วยการ์ด (Card Sort) โดยเลือกลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น 3 ลำดับ ซึ่งจำแนกตามแต่ละขั้นตอนของการวิจัย ดังนี้ ด้านการฝึกอบรม พบว่า รายการ ที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นลำดับที่ 1 คือ ต้องการให้โรงเรียนมีการจัดฝึกในหลักสูตรที่พัฒนาทัศนคติในการทำงานเชิงบวก ลำดับที่ 2 คือ ต้องการที่จะให้โรงเรียนจัดฝึกอบรมที่ทำให้ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษามีความรู้ ทักษะและความชำนาญในการปฏิบัติงานและส่งผลต่อทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน และความต้องการจำเป็นลำดับที่ 3 คือ โรงเรียนจัดหลักสูตรการพัฒนาครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่เกิดประโยชน์แก่โรงเรียน ด้านการศึกษา พบว่า รายการมีความต้องการจำเป็นลำดับที่ 1 คือโรงเรียนมีการประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลทางวิชาการ เพื่อให้บุคลากรทราบเกี่ยวกับรายละเอียดในการศึกษาต่อที่หลากหลาย ลำดับที่ 2 คือ โรงเรียนอำนวยความสะดวกให้กับครูในการศึกษาต่อ และความต้องการจำเป็นลำดับที่ 3 คือ โรงเรียนสร้างแรงจูงใจให้แก่ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาให้เห็นความสำคัญของการศึกษาต่อ ด้านการพัฒนา พบว่า รายการมีความต้องการจำเป็นลำดับที่ 1 คือ โรงเรียนมีการส่งเสริมให้ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาพัฒนาทักษะความรู้และทัศนคติในการทำงานร่วมกันและการทำงานเป็นทีม ความต้องการจำเป็นลำดับที่ 2 คือ โรงเรียนส่งเสริมให้ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาพัฒนาตนเองทั้ง Online และ Onsite ความต้องการจำเป็นลำดับที่ 3 คือ โรงเรียนมีการส่งเสริมให้ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาพัฒนาผลงานของตนเอง (Best Practice) และ 2. ผลการวิจัยพบว่าชุดกิจกรรมการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนพิชัยด้วยกระบวนการ Outward Mindset มีองค์ประกอบของชุดกิจกรรมดังนี้ 1) ชื่อชุดกิจกรรม 2) วัตถุประสงค์ของกิจกรรม 3) ขั้นตอนการจัดกิจกรรมและ4) การวัดและประเมินผล
