แนวทางการให้ความรู้แก่ผู้ปกครองเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของเด็กปฐมวัยในโรงเรียนสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 2

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study educating parents and guidelines for educating parents to promote early childhood learning in school of Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Services Area Office 2. The research method was divided into 2 steps: The first is study educating parents to promote early childhood learning. The sampling group is early childhood teachers of Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Services Area Office 2, 118 persons were randomly stratified according to the proportion of early childhood teachers in each district. Data was collected by the questionnaire, which is about 5 levels of scale. Analyzes data with average and standard deviation. Step 2. A study of educating guidelines for parents to promote early childhood learning in school of Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Services Area Office 2, Groups of 4 qualified individuals were acquired by a specific selection of information collected with an interview, and data analysis by content analysis. The finding indicated that:

1) The results of the study of parental education to promote early childhood learning in the school of Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Services Area Office 2, in the overall level were at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was early childhood health care. And the aspect with the lowest average was the aspect of early childhood care.

2) The results of the study of the guideline for educating parents to promote early childhood learning in the school of Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Services Area Office 2, It was found that school administrators should hold a parent meeting at least once per semester to allow teachers and parents to meet and talk. and individual counseling in some cases, encouraging and supporting teachers to provide information services which may be produced in the form of knowledge documents, brochures, booklets distributed to parents or using technology to participate as well. and provide training by inviting expert speakers to provide knowledge so that parents can understand and act properly and appropriately.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการให้ความรู้แก่ผู้ปกครองและแนวทางการให้ความรู้แก่ผู้ปกครองเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของเด็กปฐมวัยในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 2 โดยมีวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาการให้ความรู้แก่ผู้ปกครองเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของเด็กปฐมวัย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนปฐมวัย ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 2 จำนวน 118 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนของครูผู้สอนปฐมวัยในแต่ละอำเภอ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาแนวทางการให้ความรู้แก่ผู้ปกครองเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของเด็กปฐมวัยในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 2 กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 4 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาการให้ความรู้แก่ผู้ปกครองเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของเด็กปฐมวัยในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 2 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการดูแลสุขภาพของเด็กปฐมวัย และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านการอบรมเลี้ยงดูเด็กปฐมวัย

2. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการให้ความรู้แก่ผู้ปกครองเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของเด็กปฐมวัยในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 2 พบว่า ผู้บริหารควรจัดให้มีการประชุมผู้ปกครองอย่างน้อยภาคเรียนละ 1 ครั้ง เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้ครูและผู้ปกครองได้พบปะพูดคุยกัน และให้การปรึกษาเป็นรายบุคคลในบางกรณี ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้ครูจัดให้มีการบริการสารสนเทศ ซึ่งอาจจัดทำเป็นเอกสารความรู้ แผ่นพับ สมุดเล่มเล็กเผยแพร่แก่ผู้ปกครอง หรือใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีเข้ามาร่วมด้วย และจัดให้มีการอบรมและเชิญวิทยากรที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญมาให้ความรู้ เพื่อให้ผู้ปกครองมีความเข้าใจและปฏิบัติได้ถูกต้องเหมาะสม
