Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study 1) To study the state of innovative leadership of school directors. under the office of Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 2) to study the approaches for promoting innovative leadership of the director of educational institutions. Under the Office of Phichit Primary Education Service Area 1 The sample group was school administrators and teachers in educational institutions. Under the office of Phichit Primary Educational Service Area 1, which was obtained from the sample group of Craigie and Morgan. And the method for obtaining the samples was stratified random sampling, consisting of 306 people, consisting of 21 school administrators and 285 teachers. Tools used in the research. Innovative Leadership Questionnaire for School Administrators Under the office of Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, there is a rating scale. Analyze data by using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. school under the Office of Phichit Primary Educational Service Area 1. Data were obtained from interviews with 4 experts using the interview form for promoting innovative leadership among school administrators. under the jurisdiction of Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1.Data were analyzed by Content Analysis 1. The resulfs were as follows ; Innovative Leadership of the School Director under the Office of Phichit Primary Educational Service Area 1 overall, was at the highest level. The aspect with the highest average was work participation and teamwork. was at the highest level, followed by innovation vision was at the highest level and the aspect was with the lowest average was the innovation strategy aspect. at a high level. 2. The Guidelines for Development of Innovative Leadership of School Administrators under Phichit Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 found that educational service area offices should organize training, meetings, seminars or development workshops on innovation development related to education so that the directors of educational institutes have knowledge about innovation to be able to create new ideas. in school administration And school principals must create Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) within their school clusters. To create an exchange of learning, bring innovation to exchange for the benefit of the school. Encourage the director to attend various training courses about innovation and technology to meet the policy and goals of educational institution development towards the 21st century.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 โดยวิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษาและครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 306 คน ประกอบไปด้วย ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 21 คน และครู จำนวน 285 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 4 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.ผลการศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 ทั้ง 5 ด้าน พบว่า สภาพภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ซึ่งด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการทำงานและทำงานเป็นทีม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์นวัตกรรม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการมีกลยุทธ์นวัตกรรม อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 พบว่าสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิจิตร เขต 1 ควรมีการจัดอบรม ประชุม สัมมนาหรือประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการในการพัฒนาเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนานวัตกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการศึกษาเพื่อให้ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษามีความรู้เกี่ยวกับนวัตกรรมเพื่อให้สามารถสร้างสรรค์แนวคิดใหม่ๆในการบริหารงานโรงเรียนได้ และผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนต้องสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) ในกลุ่มโรงเรียนของตนเอง เพื่อให้เกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้นำนวัตกรรมมาแลกเปลี่ยนกันเพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์แก่โรงเรียน และสนับสนุนให้ผู้อำนวยการเข้ารับการอบรมหลักสูตรต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อตอบสนองนโยบายและเป้าหมายในการพัฒนาสถานศึกษาสู่ศตวรรษที่ 21
