แนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในการส่งเสริมงานอาชีพของนักเรียนชาติพันธ์ในโรงเรียนป่าไม้อุทิศ 4 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตาก เขต 2

Abstract

This research aimed to study the best practices in career promotion of ethnic students in Pa Mai Uthit 4 School under the Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample groups in this research were divided into 1) school administrators 1 person 2) Teacher head of academic group 1 person 3) Teacher in charge of student career promotion projec 1 persont 4) School committee 1 person 5) Village scholar 1 person 6) Students 2 person totaling 7 people. Data collection in this research was structured interview. The methodological triangulation of data was examined. (Methodological Triangulation) was analyzed by content analysis and inductive data analysis.

The results of the research showed that the good practices in occupational promotion of ethnic students in Pa Mai Uthit 4 School under the Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 had 5 important guidelines: 1) the operational conditions of job promotion; careers by setting a vision, policies and action plans to promote ethnic students' careers, promoting and developing personnel, and conducting activities for communities and external organizations to participate in ethnic students' careers. 2) Management of vocational learning with a plan Determine content that is suitable and meets the needs of professional learning management use media and technology to integrate in professional learning management and create a network that participates in learning activities. About the careers of ethnic students 3) The aspect of bringing careers for self-development of students by applying the knowledge to further develop the career after graduation effectively able to generate income for themselves and able to raise a family. 4) Enhancing basic professional competency of Forest Uthit School 4 by evaluating the potential and basic professional competency of students. and teaching students to have leadership, dare to think, dare to act, and dare to express themselves There is a wide range of focus on vocational skills for students and 5) Preparedness for career promotion for future students of Pamai Uthit 4 School by preparing a project to enhance vocational skills for future students. and setting guidelines to drive policies into practice.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มุ่งศึกษาแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในการส่งเสริมงานอาชีพของนักเรียนชาติพันธุ์ ในโรงเรียนป่าไม้อุทิศ 4 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตาก เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ แบ่งเป็น 1) ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 1 คน 2) ครูหัวหน้ากลุ่มงานวิชาการ 1 คน 3) ครูผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการส่งเสริมอาชีพนักเรียน 1 คน 4) กรรมการสถานศึกษา 1 คน 5) ปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน 1 คน 6) นักเรียน 2 คน รวม 7 คน วิธีการได้มาของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง การรวบรวมข้อมูลในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง โดยใช้วิธีการตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้าด้านระเบียบวิธี (Methodological Triangulation) วิเคราะห์โดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบอุปนัย

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า แนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในการส่งเสริมงานอาชีพของนักเรียนชาติพันธุ์ ในโรงเรียนป่าไม้อุทิศ 4 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตาก เขต 2 มีแนวทางสำคัญ 5 แนวทาง คือ 1) ด้านสภาพการดำเนินงานการส่งเสริมงานอาชีพ โดยมีการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ นโยบาย และแผนการดำเนินงานในการส่งเสริมงานอาชีพของนักเรียนชาติพันธุ์ ส่งเสริม และพัฒนาบุคลากร และมีการดำเนินการเพื่อให้ชุมชน และองค์กรภายนอกมีส่วนร่วมเกี่ยวกับงานอาชีพของนักเรียนชาติพันธุ์ 2) ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้งานอาชีพ โดยมีการวางแผน กำหนดเนื้อหามีความเหมาะสม ตรงตามความต้องการในการจัดการเรียนรู้งานอาชีพ มีการใช้สื่อและเทคโนโลยีมาบูรณาการในการจัดการเรียนรู้งานอาชีพ และสร้างเครือข่ายที่มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับงานอาชีพของนักเรียนชาติพันธุ์ 3) ด้านการนำอาชีพไปพัฒนาตนเองของนักเรียน โดยนำเอาความรู้ไปพัฒนาต่อยอดในการประกอบอาชีพหลังจากที่สำเร็จการศึกษาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถสร้างรายได้ให้กับตนเอง และเลี้ยงดูครอบครัวได้ 4) ด้านการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะพื้นฐานทางด้านอาชีพของโรงเรียนป่าไม้อุทิศ 4 โดยมีการประเมินศักยภาพและสมรรถนะพื้นฐานทางด้านอาชีพของนักเรียน และมีการสอนให้นักเรียนมีความเป็นผู้นำ กล้าคิด กล้าทำ และกล้าแสดงออก มีการมุ่งเน้นทักษะอาชีพให้กับนักเรียนอย่างหลากหลาย และ 5) ด้านการเตรียมความพร้อมในการส่งเสริมงานอาชีพให้กับนักเรียนในอนาคตของโรงเรียนป่าไม้อุทิศ 4 โดยมีการจัดเตรียมโครงการเสริมสร้างทักษะความรู้ทางวิชาชีพให้กับนักเรียนในอนาคต และการวางแนวทางขับเคลื่อนนโยบายสู่การปฏิบัติ
