ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลก เขต 3

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study transformational leadership and 21st century skills of administrators of educational institutes under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. 2) To study the relationship between transformational leadership and 21st century skills of school administrators Under the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office District 3. The sample group includes School administrators and teachers under Phitsanulok Educational Service Area Office 3, academic year 2022, 24 school administrators and 282 teachers, a total of 306 people. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. 47 items of 5-level estimation scale model. Data were analyzed by using basic statistics such as mean, standard deviation. and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results showed that. 1) Transformational Leadership and 21st Century Skills of School Administrators Under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 Transformational Leadership inspiring with the highest average, followed by ideological influence and the aspect with the lowest mean was intellectual stimulation. 21st century skills found that interpersonal skills and information technology skills for communication with the highest average, followed by analytical and creative skills, and the aspect with the lowest average was communication skills. 2) The relationship between transformational leadership and 21st century skills of school administrators Under the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, have a positive relationship. statistically significant at 0.01 level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ได้แก่ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลก เขต 3 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลก เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลก เขต 3 ปีการศึกษา 2565 ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 24 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 282 คน รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 306 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 47 ข้อ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลก เขต 3 ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ การกระตุ้นทางปัญญา ทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 พบว่า ทักษะมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการสื่อสาร มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมา คือ ทักษะการคิดวิเคราะห์และความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ทักษะการสื่อสาร 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพิษณุโลก เขต 3 มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
