การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดพิษณุโลก

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the quality-of-life component at work of secondary school teachers in Phitsanulok Province. As part of this study, 302 secondary school teachers in Phitsanulok were selected. The sample size was determined using a Krejcie and Morgan random table and the samples were selected by Proportional Stratified Random Sampling of secondary school teachers in each district. The material used to collect the data was a questionnaire called the “Quality-of-Life at Work for Secondary School Teachers in Phitsanulok”, it is divided into 2 sections: Section (1) is the general information of a respondent such as gender, education qualifications, and the district. Section 2 (2) the check list consisting of 7 aspects for a total of 46 items analyzed with a confirmatory factor analysis.

The results show that the quality-of-life component of secondary school teachers in Phitsanulok consists of seven elements: 1) Adequate and Fair Compensation, 2) Progress and Stability, 3) Skill Development and Competence Utilization, 4) Interpersonal and Social Relations, 5) Good and Safe Working Environment, 6) Work and Personal Life Balance, and 7) Rights and Democracy in the Organization.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดพิษณุโลก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดพิษณุโลก โดยใช้การกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้ตารางสุ่มของเครจซีและมอร์แกน กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 302 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดพิษณุโลก แบ่งเป็น 2 ตอน ดังนี้ ตอนที่ 1 ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย เพศ วุฒิการศึกษา และเขตอำเภอในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก ลักษณะเป็นแบบตรวจสอบรายการ (Check List) ตอนที่ 2 คุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดพิษณุโลก ประกอบด้วย 7 ด้าน รวมทั้งสิ้น 46 ข้อ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า องค์ประกอบคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดพิษณุโลก ประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) ด้านค่าตอบแทนที่เพียงพอและยุติธรรม 2) ด้านความก้าวหน้าและความมั่นคง 3) ด้านการพัฒนาทักษะและการใช้ความสามารถ 4) ด้านสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคลและสังคม 5) ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดีและปลอดภัย 6) ด้านความสมดุลระหว่างชีวิตส่วนตัวกับงาน และ 7) ด้านสิทธิและประชาธิปไตยในองค์การ
