สภาพและแนวทางการดำเนินการนิเทศภายในโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของโรงเรียนเอกชน จังหวัดแพร่

Abstract

The objective of this research was to study the states and guidelines of internal supervision by using digital technology of private schools in Phrae. This research was conducted in to 2 steps ; Step 1: Study the internal supervision process using digital technology. The sample group includes 14 school administrators were obtained by purposive method. And 242 teachers obtained by stratified random sampling. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire which was a 5-level. Step 2: Study guidelines for developing the internal supervision using digital technology of private schools in Phrae province. The group of informants consisted of 3 experts, which were obtained by purposive method. The tool of data collection, was an interview form, and analyzing the data using content analysis. The results showed that ; 1. The states of internal supervision overall result was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was planning and preparation for supervision. The aspect with the lowest mean was the problematic education aspect. 2. The guidelines for developing of internal supervision operations by using digital technology of private schools in Phrae province, found that; the administrators should formulate a policy for supervision within educational institutions using digital technology. the teachers and personnel involved in determining the objectives, analysis of current conditions, problems, needs for to be used to define a clear pattern of supervision operations, designated an internal supervision project, In this regard, administrators should give morale for teachers and personnel and continually evaluate the performance of the internal supervision system.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและแนวทางการดำเนินการนิเทศภายใน โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของโรงเรียนเอกชนจังหวัดแพร่ มีวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินการนิเทศภายในโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 14 คนได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ครูผู้สอนจำนวน 242 คนได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นโดยคำนวณสัดส่วนของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือแบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็นมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการนิเทศภายในโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของโรงเรียนเอกชนจังหวัดแพร่ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 คนได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจงเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือแบบสัมภาษณ์และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การดำเนินการนิเทศภายใน โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของโรงเรียนเอกชนจังหวัดแพร่ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการวางแผนและเตรียมการนิเทศ ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านการศึกษาสภาพปัญหา 2. แนวทางพัฒนาการดำเนินการนิเทศภายใน โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของโรงเรียนเอกชนจังหวัดแพร่ พบว่า ผู้บริหารควรมีการกำหนดนโยบายในการดำเนินการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ให้คณะครูบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องมีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ในการดำเนินการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา วิเคราะห์สภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหา ความต้องการในการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา กำหนดโครงการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษาไว้ในแผนพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา ผู้บริหารควรมีการสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจให้แก่ครูและบุคลากร และประเมินผลการดำเนินการนิเทศภายในอย่างต่อเนื่อง
