การจัดการฐานข้อมูลสุขภาพด้วยการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา มหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to: 1) study the operathing conditions and guidelines for solving problems of database management in health promotion of the sports science center, Thailand National Sports University, 2) develop information systems for managing health databases by developing health promotion information system of the sports science center, Thailand National Sports University and 3) assess the satisfaction of information systems for managing health databases. The samples group was 242 persons of staff, students, and members of the sports science center, Thailand National Sports University in Ang Thong Campus. The research instruments consisted of: 1) expert interview form, 2) health database management information system and 3) satisfaction questionnaire. The outcomes were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

The findings showed that experts agree about information technology that should be used in database management for health promotion. The general public users can access resources in computer. For convenience, the information technology can also store the input data of the users. The design and development of health promotion information system includes functions about a member information, an exercise history, an exercise class, successful completion of exercise, exercise program, physical fitness, operating conditions of equipment in the sport science center, time of registration and reporting notifications of the member's expiration date. Users satisfied with the design of the user interface (Average = 4.41), the difficulty of using the information technology (Average = 4.32), and the security of the information (Average= 4.39). The overall characteristics of the information technology had the highest value (Average = 4.44) in all aspects

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางการจัดการฐานข้อมูลเพื่อการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา มหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ 2) พัฒนาและทดลองใช้ระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับการจัดการฐานข้อมูลสุขภาพด้วยการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา มหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ และ 3) ประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการฐานข้อมูลสุขภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ บุคลากร เจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา นักศึกษา และสมาชิก ศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา มหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ วิทยาเขตอ่างทอง จำนวน 242 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์ปัญหาและแนวทางในการจัดการฐานข้อมูล 2) ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการ ฐานข้อมูลสุขภาพ และ 3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเห็นควรนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ในการจัดการฐานข้อมูลเพื่อการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ โดยบุคคลทั่วไปสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลในหน้าหลักของระบบสารสนเทศ ได้ รวมถึงการจัดเก็บข้อมูลของผู้ใช้บริการด้วยระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อความสะดวก รวดเร็ว ประหยัดเวลาและพื้นที่ที่ใช้ในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล การออกแบบและการพัฒนา ทำให้ได้ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการฐานข้อมูลสุขภาพ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลสมาชิก ประวัติการออกกำลังกาย ห้องเรียนออกกำลังกาย ความสำเร็จในการออกกำลังกาย โปรแกรมออกกำลังกาย สมรรถภาพทางกาย สภาพการใช้งาน อุปกรณ์ในศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬา การลงเวลาเข้าใช้บริการ การออกรายงานการแจ้งเตือนเมื่อใกล้ถึงวันหมดอายุของสมาชิก โดยผู้ใช้งานมีความพึงพอใจด้านการออกแบบหน้าจอติดต่อกับผู้ใช้งาน ( ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.41) ด้านความยากง่ายในการใช้งานระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ( ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.32) ด้านความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล ( ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.39) และด้านลักษณะโดยรวมของระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ( ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.44) ซึ่งมีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
