รูปแบบการบริหารงานแนะแนวในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา

Abstract

The research purpose was to conduct a model for guidance service in education institutes under the office of the vocational education commission. The research with three steps as followed, 1) to study the ways of the administration of the guidance service in education institutes under the office of the vocational education Commission by synthesizing documents and related research, interview 5 educational experts, and interview 3 Best-Practice colleges. 2) to construct and validation of the administration model of the guidance service in education institutes under the office of the vocational education commission, by checking its appropriateness through focus group discussion among 9 educational experts. 3) to evaluate the administration model of the guidance service in education institutes under the office of the vocational education commission, by evaluating the usefulness and feasibility from school administrators, and guidance supervisors total of 144 persons. The result of the research was as follows: The administration model of the guidance service in education institutes under the Office of the vocational education commission consisted of 5 elements as follows:

1) Guidance principle and objective in education institutes, 2) Guidance framework in education institutes, 3) Group of persons in guidance administration in education institutes, 4) Guidance process in education institutes, 5) Guidance productivity in education institutes. The result of evaluate of the administration model of the guidance service in education institutes under the office of the vocational education commission, the experts considered, it appropriate, and the evaluation of the constructed model found that at the high level and utility were at the highest level.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานแนะแนวในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา การดำเนินการวิจัยมี 3 ขั้นตอน ประกอบด้วย 1) การศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารงานแนะแนวในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา โดยศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง สัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน และสัมภาษณ์สถานศึกษาที่มีการปฏิบัติที่ดี (Best Practice) จำนวน 3 แห่ง 2) การสร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารงานแนะแนวในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาโดยนำข้อมูลจากขั้นตอนที่ 1 มายกร่างการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานแนะแนวในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา และตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบฯด้วยการสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 9 คน และ 3) การประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารงานแนะแนวในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบกับผู้อำนวยการ รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายกิจการนักเรียน นักศึกษา และหัวหน้างานแนะแนวอาชีพและการจัดหางาน ในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาในเขตภาคกลาง จำนวน 144 คน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารงานแนะแนวในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) หลักการและวัตถุประสงค์การแนะแนวในสถานศึกษา 2) ขอบข่ายของงานแนะแนวในสถานศึกษา 3) คณะบุคคลในการบริหารงานแนะแนวในสถานศึกษา 4) กระบวนการดำเนินงานแนะแนวในสถานศึกษา และ 5) ผลผลิตการแนะแนวในสถานศึกษา ผลการตรวจสอบรูปแบบการบริหารงานแนะแนวในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษา พบว่า ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิพิจารณาว่าเหมาะสม ส่วนผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารงานแนะแนวในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการอาชีวศึกษาที่พัฒนาขึ้น พบว่า มีความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก และความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
