การศึกษาสภาพและแนวทางการสร้างทีมงานของหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดพิษณุโลก

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study how team building of department heads under secondary schools in Phitsanulok. The first step of this research was to study team building. The sample groups consist of 175 department heads from secondary schools in every district of Phitsanulok. The data was acquired in the academic year 2022 selected by stratified sampling method. The tool of this research was a questionnaire and the mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the data. The second step was to study the guidelines of team building. The information was provided from five specialists, selected by purposive sampling, In-depth interviews were used to collect the data for content analysis.

The results are as follows:

1. The overall condition of team building of department heads under secondary schools in Phitsanulok was at a high level. When considering each aspect, team operation is at the highest level while team data collecting is at the lowest level.

2. The study of the guidelines of team building of department heads under secondary schools in Phitsanulok indicated that department heads and department staff should participate in working processes and express their opinions; promote the process of Professional Learning Community (PLC) for knowledge sharing in order to identify problems in work performance and work towards solutions; and provide meetings to make plans and authorize the roles of each duty in departments. The department heads and associated team should cooperate in working on plans in order to achieve the objectives. There should be a clear channel of communication during working processes. Finally, department heads should routinely participate in supervision and follow-up sessions for each department.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและแนวทางการสร้างทีมงานของหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดพิษณุโลก โดยวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพการสร้างทีมงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 175 คน ได้มาจากวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น ตามสัดส่วนของหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา แต่ละอำเภอในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาแนวทางการสร้างทีมงาน กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน ได้โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาสภาพการสร้างทีมงานของหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดพิษณุโลก ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายขั้น พบว่า ขั้นการปฏิบัติงานของทีมงาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด และขั้นการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลของทีมงาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด

2. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการสร้างทีมงานของหัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดพิษณุโลก พบว่า หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้และครูในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ ควรมีส่วนร่วมในการแสดงความคิดเห็น ส่งเสริมกระบวนการชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ (PLC) เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ ร่วมกันเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลปัญหาจากการดำเนินงาน และวิเคราะห์หา แนวทางแก้ไข ควรมีการร่วมประชุมวางแผนและจัดทำคำสั่งแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการเพื่อกำหนดบทบาทหน้าที่ในการปฏิบัติงานของกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ จากนั้น ร่วมกันดำเนินกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ตามแผนปฏิบัติงานให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนดไว้และควรสร้างพื้นที่สำหรับใช้ติดต่อสื่อสารร่วมกันในการดำเนินงานต่าง ๆ นอกจากนี้ หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ควรมีส่วนร่วมในการกำกับ นิเทศ และติดตามผลการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้อย่างสม่ำเสมอและต่อเนื่อง
