ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมของสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์

Abstract

This research purpose were to 1) study digital leadership of secondary school administrator in Uttaradit province. 2) study innovative organization of secondary schools in Uttaradit province. 3) study the relationship between digital leadership of Administrators and innovative organization of secondary schools in Uttaradit province. The sample consisted school administrators and teachers in secondary schools in Uttaradit province under the secondary education service area office Phitsanulok Uttaradit. Academic year 2022, The 18 administrators were selected by purposive and 247 teachers were selected by stratified random sampling. The tools for collecting data were 5 level rating scale questionnaires. The statistic used in this research were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, reliability, alpha coefficient and Pearson’ Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.

The result showed that:

1) Digital leadership was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that building a digital culture aspect was the highest mean, followed by digital communication and the lowest mean was digital vision.

2) The innovative organization was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that personnel development aspect was the highest mean, followed by share vision and the lowest mean was Innovative atmosphere in the organization.

3) The relationship between the digital leadership of school administrator and innovative organization found that they were at a positive high level with statistical significant equal at .01 level

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ (2) เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมของสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ และ (3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมของสถานศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูระดับมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพิษณุโลก อุตรดิตถ์ ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 265 คน เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 18 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 247 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาและค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1) ภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการสร้างวัฒนธรรมดิจิทัล รองลงมาคือ ด้านการสื่อสารด้วยดิจิทัล และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ดิจิทัล

2) ความเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมของสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ การพัฒนาบุคลากร รองลงมาคือ วิสัยทัศน์ร่วมขององค์กร และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือบรรยากาศนวัตกรรมภายในองค์กร

3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับความเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมของสถานศึกษารับมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
