แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study the innovative leadership of school administrators and guidelines for developing innovative leadership of school administrators Under of Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. There are research methods as follows: Step 1 is the study of innovative leadership of school administrators. The sample group consists of 127 administrators acquired by Purposive sampling. The tool used for data collection was a 5 rating scale questionnaire of innovative leadership of school administrators. The collected data were analyzed by mean and standard deviation. Step 2 is the study of guidelines for the development of innovative leadership of school administrators Under of Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The informant group was 5 experts acquired by Purposive sampling. The tool used for data collection was the interview about guidelines for the development of innovative leadership of school administrators.

The findings indicate that:

1. The results of a study on innovative leadership of school administrators Under of Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 overall was at a high level. When considering by each aspect, it was found that the highest aspect was a vision for innovation, which was at a high level. The lowest aspect was a risk for innovation, which was at a high level.

2. The results of a study on guidelines for the development of innovative leadership of school administrators Under of Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 should support the creation of knowledge and understanding for school administrators about innovation in administration to be used in the management of in school management. Including supervision, monitoring, and promotion to create and use innovation to respond to the policy and goals of developing innovation-driven schools.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 2 มีวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งออกเป็น ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 127 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีลักษณะเป็นมาตราประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำ เชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 2 กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรม ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 2 ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านวิสัยทัศน์เชิงนวัตกรรม อยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านความเสี่ยงเชิงนวัตกรรม อยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่า ควรสนับสนุนให้ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับนวัตกรรมในการบริหาร เพื่อนำมาใช้ในการบริหาร รวมทั้งมีการนิเทศ ติดตาม ส่งเสริม สนับสนุน การสร้าง และนำนวัตกรรม มาใช้เพื่อตอบสนองต่อนโยบายและเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายในการพัฒนาการบริหารสถานศึกษา ที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยนวัตกรรม
