ความต้องการจำเป็นและแนวทางส่งเสริมสมรรถนะของครูแนะแนว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้่นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากำแพงเพชร

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the needs and guidelines for promoting the competency of guidance teachers. Under the Office of Kamphaeng Phet Secondary Education Service Area The research method is divided into 2 steps. namely, step 1: A study of the needs and necessities of the competency of guidance teachers. Under the Office of Kamphaeng Phet Secondary Education Service Area by using a questionnaire with a guidance teacher Under the Office of Kamphaeng Phet Secondary Educational Service Area, 39 people Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation. and prioritization of needs, needs (PNImodified) Step 2: A study of approaches to enhance the competency of guidance teachers. Under the Office of Kamphaeng Phet Secondary Education Service Area The data were obtained from interviews with 4 experts who analyzed the data by content analysis. The results showed that

1) The results of the study of the needs and competencies of the guidance counselors. Under the Kamphaeng Phet Secondary Educational Service Area Office found that knowledge competency has the most needs index, followed by skills competency and performance characteristics, respectively.

2) The results of the study of guidelines for promoting the competency of guidance teachers under the Kamphaeng Phet Secondary Educational Service Area Office found that the area office should organize a workshop to promote the competency of guidance teachers. Educational institution administrators provide supervision. Follow up within the school to provide advice and monitor the work of the guidance counselors. and guidance teachers should study basic concepts and exchange knowledge with school networks and communities. to enhance the performance of guidance teachers

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นและแนวทางการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะครูแนะแนว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากำแพงเพชร โดยวิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของสมรรถนะของ ครูแนะแนว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากำแพงเพชร โดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับ ครูแนะแนว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากำแพงเพชร จำนวน 39 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified) ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะของครูแนะแนว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากำแพงเพชร ข้อมูลได้มาจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 4 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า

1) ผลการศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของสมรรถนะของครูแนะแนว สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากำแพงเพชร พบว่า สมรรถนะด้านความรู้ มีดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ สมรรถนะด้านทักษะ และสมรรถนะด้านคุณลักษณะ ตามลำดับ

2) ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะของครูแนะแนว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากำแพงเพชร พบว่า สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ควรจัดประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ ในการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะของครูแนะแนว ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจัดให้มีการนิเทศ ติดตามภายในสถานศึกษาเพื่อให้คำแนะนำและตรวจสอบการทำงานของครูแนะแนว และครูแนะแนวควรศึกษาแนวคิดพื้นฐานและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กับเครือข่ายสถานศึกษากับชุมชน
