ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองอุตรดิตถ์

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) study being an innovative educational institution 2) study the factors affecting the school of innovation 3) study the relationship of factors affecting being an innovative educational institution and 4) to create an equation for forecasting factors affecting to be an innovative educational institution of schools under the Uttaradit municipality. The participants were 144 school administrators and teachers under Uttaradit municipality. The sample was indicated using Krejcie & Morgan table. School administrators obtained by selecting a specific number were 11 and the teachers were obtained by random stratification. According to the number of teachers in each school were 133. Data were collected by using a questionnaire on factors affecting being an innovative educational institution of schools under Uttaradit municipality, then analyzed by Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and analyzed a stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research found that: 1) The level of being an innovative educational institution of Schools Under the Uttaradit Municipality is high. 2) The level of factors affecting being an innovative educational institution of schools under the Uttaradit municipality is high. 3) The correlation coefficient between factors affecting being an innovative educational institution and being an innovative educational institution of school under the Uttaradit municipality found that there was a correlation coefficient between 0.771 - 0.830. 4) The multiple regression with the significance level of 0.05 are consisted of 4 factors: innovative leadership of school administrators (X1), school culture of innovation (X2), knowledge support to create innovation (X3), creative atmosphere and reinforcement at work (X4) that affect being an innovative educational institution of schools under the Uttaradit municipality. The model correlation (R) is 0.909, the coefficient of multiple determination (R2) is 82.70, and the standard error is 0.176. write the equation as follows:

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรม 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรม 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรมกับการเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองอุตรดิตถ์ 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองอุตรดิตถ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองอุตรดิตถ์ จำนวน 144 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกนโดยผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 11 คน และครูได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น ตามจำนวนครูในแต่ละโรงเรียน จำนวน 133 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองอุตรดิตถ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียรสัน (Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient) และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบปกติ (Enter Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองอุตรดิตถ์ ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองอุตรดิตถ์ ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรมกับการเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองอุตรดิตถ์ พบว่า มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อยู่ระหว่าง 0.771 - 0.830 และ 4) ผลการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบปกติของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นสถานศึกษา แห่งนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองอุตรดิตถ์ อย่างมีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำนวน 4 ตัว ได้แก่ปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหาร (X1) ปัจจัยด้านวัฒนธรรมสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรม (X2) ปัจจัยด้านการสนับสนุนความรู้เพื่อสร้างนวัตกรรม (X3) และปัจจัยด้านบรรยากาศสร้างสรรค์ และสร้างแรงเสริมในการทำงาน (X4) ส่งผลต่อการเป็นสถานศึกษาแห่งนวัตกรรมของโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองอุตรดิตถ์ โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ (R) เท่ากับ 0.909 มีอำนาจพยากรณ์ (R2) ได้ร้อยละ 82.70 มีค่าความคาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐาน เท่ากับ 0.176 เขียนสมการได้ดังนี้
